    Dear Parents,

    This is to inform you that a trip to Lataguri, Murti and Gorumara National Park  with Juniper Wings has been planned for the students of Classes VI- VIII during the Puja Vacation. (tentative dates October 26th – 1st November 2023). 

    The itinerary is attached.

    The payment of Rs. 26500/- is to be made by Pay Order in favour of ‘Sushila Birla Girls’ School’.

    We request you to kindly sign and send the permission slip as well as the Pay Order through your daughter by Friday, 16th June 2023.

    Dear Parents,

    This is to inform you that during the Puja Vacation (October 26th – 1st November 2023), Monarch Tours is organizing a trip to Manali and Manikaran, for the students of Classes XI & XII.

    The itinerary is attached and has already been shared with the students. The total cost of the trip is Rs.41,000/- (per head). The payment of Rs.20,000/- is to be made by Pay Order in favour of ‘Sushila Birla Girls’ School’ by Monday 8th May and the balance Rs.21,000/- by 31st August 2023.

    We request you to kindly sign and send the permission slip as well as the Pay Order through your daughter by Monday, 8th May 2023.

    Classes I – V

    Dear Parent,

    We are sending you a list of items that will be needed for your daughter’s art classes. Please procure them during the summer vacation at your convenience and keep them at home. They are to be sent to school when asked for by the art teacher.

    •  Class I                  1.  1 packet A4 size Fabriano sheets (Multicolour).

                              2. 1 packet origami sheets - both sides coloured (Multicolour).  

    •  Class II                 1.  1 packet A4 size Fabriano sheets (Multicolour).

    •  Class III                1.   1 packet A4 size Fabriano sheets (Multicolour).

                                    2.   2 masking tapes (Width one and half inches or two inches).

                                    3.   1 earthen plate of 8 to 12 inches diameter, according to the availability.     

                                    4.   1 White Mount Board.                              

    •  Class IV               1.    1 packet A4 size Fabriano sheets (Multicolour).

                                    2.    1 plain clay piggy bank- Measurement- 8” X 6” Approx. Check the attachment for reference picture.

                                    3.    1 White Mount Board.

                                    4.    2 masking tapes (Width one and half inches or two inches)

                                    5.    1 quilling kit with quilling pen or needle (entire body of the quilling pen or needle will be of plastic) and quilling strips of 5mm width. (1 packet each of the following colours - red, yellow, green, orange, white, brown and blue)

     

    •  Class V                 1.    1 packet A4 size Fabriano sheets (Multicolour).

                                     2.    1 set glass painting colours (set of 6).

                                     3.    2 masking tapes (width one and half inch or two inches).

                                     4.    1 earthen vase – Measurement- 12”X 6” Approx. Check the attachment for reference picture.

                                     5.    Wool -1 ball of each colour (red, yellow, green, white, black, pink, orange and blue).             

                                     6.    4 A4 size OHP sheets.

    If you have any unused items from the previous academic session, the student may use the same in the current session.
