    Classes II to VII

    Dear Parents

    Archery is played as a serious professional sport in India at the regional, national and international level. 

    There are many benefits of archery for children. It increases focus and self-discipline, helps in physical development, improves coordination and control and provides relaxation and stress relief.

    We are pleased to announce that the school is offering Archery as an afternoon activity for students of Classes III to VIII from the next academic session 2023-24 according to the following schedule:

    Classes III to V:       Monday and Tuesday from 2:15 pm to 3.15 pm

    Classes VI to VIII:  Wednesday and Thursday from 2.45pm to 3.45 pm

    The students will be required to pay an annual fee of  ₹5400/- at the beginning of the session. 

    Please note: 

    1. No refund will be given in case the student drops out in the middle of the academic session.
    2. The students will be a part of this club only after a selection process.

    If you wish your daughter to participate in this activity, kindly sign the consent form attached below. The signed consent form must be submitted to the respective class teachers by Wednesday, 1st March 2023.

    Classes VI – IX and XI

    Dear Parents,

    Please make a note of the schedule to be followed in school from 13th February 2023.

    Students must report to school on the days of their Annual Examinations according to the time-table already provided to them and be picked up at the timings mentioned there.

    Students need not come to school on the days when no examination or activity is slated.

    13th February 2023              -           Last working day before the Annual Examinations for Class XI.

    15th February 2023              -           Last working day before the Annual Examinations for Classes VI – IX.

    13th March 2023                   -           Annual Examination answer scripts will be shown to the students of Classes VI – VIII (Full day school).

    14th March 2023                   -           Classes IX and XI will see answer scripts from 8:15 am – 1:30 pm.

    15th to 24th March 2023       -           Classes VI to IX and XI will come to school for Magical March. Schedule will be given to the students by their Class Teachers.

    23rd March 2023                   -           Publication of Report Cards online.

    24th March 2023                   -          Distribution of Health Cards and Report Cards for Classes IX and XI.

    27th March to 2nd April 2023 -         Term Break.

    3rd April 2023                        -           New Term begins for Classes VI – X & XII.

    Dear Parents,

    We are delighted to offer the students of Photography Club the opportunity to participate in an ‘Outdoor Photography Workshop’ conducted under the aegis of ‘Ahava Communication’.

    The details of the workshop are as follows :

    Venue          -  Zoological Gardens (Alipore Zoo)

    Time             -  10:00 am to 1:00 pm

    Fees              -  Rs.1200/- (inclusive of light snacks and certificate)

    Dear Parents,

    Your daughter will be studying 3rd Language from Class VI and we offer five options. Please select the language she wishes to opt for.

    Kindly note that once a choice is made, she will not be allowed to make a change in future.

    In case your daughter opts for French, you are requested to buy the textbooks only after she has cleared a screening test that will be held for the subject within the first few days of the new academic session.

    The link to the Google Form for selecting the 3rd language will be uploaded in the Google Classroom stream by your daughter’s Class Teacher. Kindly fill the form by 10.02.2023.
