Uniform and Stationery

We wish to create a comfortable and conducive learning environment for our Lower Nursery students. With regard to this, kindly note the following:

School Uniform

There is no specific uniform for the students of Lower Nursery. They are required to wear casual clothes that are both comfortable and appropriate for school activities. They must wear closed shoes and socks to ensure their safety and well-being during various classroom and outdoor activities.

Kindly note: Students need to wear an apron along with their casual clothes. The apron with the school logo can be purchased from any one of the following suppliers authorized by school:

Stationery

All necessary stationery items will be provided by the school. 

Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us during the Orientation Session scheduled on Saturday, 9^th March 2024 at 11:00 am. Students are not expected to attend this session.

Online Application

Admission for the session  2024-2025  will be done through  www.admissiontree.in

Application forms are available online.

Kindly go through the instructions carefully before filling up the online application form. The form will be accepted only after all the details have been filled and the birth certificate is attached.

The candidates selected for the Parents’ Interaction will be informed through email /over phone.

Please note the following:

  • Students admitted to Lower Nursery will be of 2+ age group and in order to cater to their requirements, we will accommodate the students in two slots.
  • 1^st slot   –   8:30 am – 10:30 am
  • 2^nd slot  –  11:30 am – 1:30 pm
  • The number of seats per slot is subject to availability and therefore cannot be guaranteed. 

IMPORTANT: FILLING UP THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE A CALL FOR PARENTS’ INTERACTION.

Second Round of Interaction List

Kindly check the list of the candidates selected for the Interaction to be conducted physically in school on the given date and time.

Please note the following with regard to the Interactive Session:

  • It is necessary for both parents to be present at the Interaction accompanied by the candidate.

  • The following documents are to be brought for the Interaction (IN ORIGINAL) :
       (a) Proof of residence
       (b) Last qualification certificate / mark sheet (of both parents)
       (c) Candidate’s Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation

IMPORTANT: Parents/ Guardians of candidates are requested to check the school website and their emails (as stated in the application form) daily in case, there is any change in date / time of the Interaction, due to unavoidable circumstances.

Withdrawal Policy

Parents of Candidates, who are selected to pay the admission fees of their wards, be informed about the refund policy of fees in case of withdrawal from our school.

• Withdrawal before 31^st March 2024 - Students applying for refund of fees on or before 31^st March 2024 for the next session (2024 – 2025) are to be refunded full fees paid except the Admission Fee.

• Withdrawal from 1^st April 2024 onwards - Students applying for refund of fees on or after 1^st April 2024 for the session (2024 – 2025), prorata fees except Admission fee is to be refunded.

Final List and Payment Details

Guardians of the candidates selected for admission to Lower Nursery for the session 2024 – 2025 should check the fee payment notice and prepare the Pay order / Demand Draft of Rs. 1,38,030/- in favour of ‘Sushila Birla Girls’ School’.

Guardians are requested to download the following from the link given below:
    (i) Identity Card Proforma  
   (ii) Parents’ Undertaking Form

Guardians are expected to deposit the Pay order / Demand Draft of Rs. 1,38,030/-  along with the required documents to the school office on Friday, 29^th September 2023 between 10:00 am 11:00 am only.

Admission of the candidate will stand cancelled if the guardian fails to comply with the specified date and time allotted to them for payment.

In the event of any future vacancies, the parents of the eligible candidates will receive an email / phone call from the school office.
