    This is to inform you that during the Puja Vacation, Trail Blazers Adventure Travel Pvt. Ltd. is organizing a trip to Chennai – Pondicherry (French Connection), for the students of classes IX  & X.

    The itinerary has been given to your daughter.

    The payment of Rs.32,500/- is to be made by Pay Order in favour of ‘Sushila Birla Girls’ School’.

    We request you to kindly sign and send the permission slip as well as the Pay Order through your daughter by Monday, 10th July 2017.

    Kindly note that the number of seats being limited (only 60), students will be selected on a first come first serve basis.

    This is to inform you that an optional Karate Examination certified by Japan Karate India will be held in school on 26th July 2017 between 2:45 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

    Kindly note that the fees for white and yellow belts will be Rs.400/- and for other belts Rs.500/- per student.

    In case your daughter requires a new Karate uniform, she will have to pay an additional Rs.650/-.

    This is to inform you that during the Puja Vacation, Travel Aid is organizing a trip to Sri Lanka, for the students of classes XI & XII.

    The itinerary has already been given to your daughter.

    The remaining payment is to be divided into 2 components.  Rs.25,000/- needs to be paid by Thursday 6th July and the Indian equivalent of $ 400 will be collected later.  The payment of Rs.25,000/- is to be made by Demand Draft in favour of  “Sushila Birla Girls’ School”.  (Rs10,000/- has already been paid as an initial registration amount).

    Classes VIII - X

    Dear Parents,

    TCS, a leading software company is offering educational initiatives for schools, free of cost. These initiatives for students lays a strong foundation for learning computer programming.

    Their LaunchPad program is a free online course for classes VIII to X that lays a strong foundation for understanding programming logic by teaching the fundamentals using a game which can be completed from home.

    Considering the age of the students, LaunchPad uses a game format to learn programming. Designed as a self-learning course, it nurtures the concept of independent learning. Quizzes and exercises at each stage ensure that students understand concepts well, before proceeding to the next stage. Orientation sessions for teachers help them to guide the students effectively. An online Help Desk is available for both teachers and students.

    The total videocontent is for 4-5 hrs. and the duration of the course is about 2 months from the date of initiation.

    On successful completion of the course, students will receive Participation Certificates. We believe the students would definitely benefit from this course.

    Should you want your daughter to undertake this course, kindly give your consent in writing to the class teacher by Monday, 3rd July, 2017.
