    1. The syllabus for the examinations will be notified by the Class Teachers in the Google Classroom.
    2. Classes will remain suspended for the students of Class IV on Monday, 13th February 2023 and Tuesday, 14th February 2023.
    3. Maximum Marks for each examination is 30 Marks.
    4. The students must report to school at 8:15 a.m.
    5. Dispersal of students will be against I.D. Cards at 9:50 a.m.
    6. Students are to bring a transparent pouch with pen, pencil, eraser, ruler etc.
    7. Morning basketball practice and afternoon activity classes will remain suspended for the students of Class IV from Monday, 13th February 2023 to Friday, 24th February 2023.
    8. Normal classes will resume from Monday, 27th February 2023.

    You will be happy to know that your daughter is participating in the Sports Meet which will be held in school on Tuesday, 7th February 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

    An amount of Rs. 966/- will be collected from the students towards the cost of costume and props. The said amount is to be transferred through Campus Care and steps to do the same are as follows:

         • Log in to Campus Care using the parent id i.e. the id which starts with PG.

         • After logging in, you will see a message ‘Participate to an Upcoming Event – Participate Now’. Click on it.

         • Tick against the amount displayed for KG Sports.

         • Click on ‘Pay’.

         • Check the Terms and Conditions. Click on ‘Pay’ once again. You will be taken to the payment portal.

         • Payment may be made either through Net Banking or through Credit Card.

    Kindly make the payment by Tuesday, 24th January 2023. After the payment is made, a transaction id will be generated. You are requested to fill the same in the tear-off slip given below and submit it to the Class Teacher.

  • Nursery - Class X

    Sub: Circular for Vaccination for students of Classes Nursery to X

    Dear parents,

    This is to inform you that Sushila Birla Girls’ School is organising a vaccination camp for students of Classes Nursery to X in keeping with the State Government’s initiative for prevention of Measles and Rubella.

    Please note that this dose is irrespective of the measles vaccination the child may have been given after birth. It is a kind of booster dose for measles and will be offered free of cost to the students. Details of the camp have been appended below:

    Day and Date: Saturday, 28th January, 2023

    Time: 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

    (In Batches - students will be notified about their timings by their respective class teachers)

    Venue: School Campus

    Entry and Exit:  Gate Number 2

    The students are to be escorted by either parent who will wait till the vaccine is administered.

    Should you like your ward to take the vaccine from school, kindly fill in the consent form given below and submit the same to the Class Teacher by 24th January, 2023.

    We would like to inform you that Open House will be held on Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd    February 2023.  At least one parent is requested to accompany every student to meet the class teachers and subject teachers.

    Dear Parents,

    You will be happy to know that the students of Classes VI – XI will be taken for a picnic to Green Valley Resort, Jainpur, Dingelpota, Dr B C Roy Road, Near Botanica, Kolkata, WB – 700151 on Friday 20th January 2023.

    An amount of Rs.700/- will be collected from the students towards the cost of transport, venue and food.  The said amount is to be transferred through Campus Care.  Steps to transfer the said amount are as follows :

    • Log in to campus care using the parent id i.e the id that starts with PG.•  After logging in, you will see a message ‘Participate to an Upcoming Event – Participate Now’.  Click on it.

    • Tick against the amount displayed for School Picnic.

    • Click on ‘Pay’.

    • Payment may be made either through Net Banking or through Credit Card.

    Kindly make the payment by Saturday, 15th January 2023.

    Your daughter must report to school in coloured clothes by 7:00 am and be picked up from school at 3:30 pm on 20th January.  She must carry sufficient drinking water with her.   She may also carry her cell phone, if she desires.

    Since all bookings are made on student count, kindly note that the money once deposited cannot be refunded, even if a student is unable to go for the picnic due to ill health or any other reason.

    Kindly sign the permission slip and send the same through your daughter by Friday, 13th January.
