Important Dates

1. Application forms will be available online from Monday, 22nd June to Sunday, 27th September 2026 .

2. List of candidates selected for the Parents’ Interaction for Round 1 will be declared on Friday, 7th August 2026 at 2:00 p.m. on the school notice board and the school website: sbgskolkata.ac.in .

3. List of candidates selected for the Parents’ Interaction for Round 2 will be declared on Wednesday, 30th September 2026 at 2:00 p.m. on the school notice board and the school website: sbgskolkata.ac.in .

Eligibility Criteria

• Age 3+ years.
• Candidates born between 1st April 2023 and 31st March 2024 are eligible for admission.

Final List and Payment Details

1. Checking the Admission List:

Parents must verify the list of selected candidates for admission and proceed with the payment of admission

fees.

2. Payment of Admission fees can be done through online mode / submission of Pay Order or Demand Draft at school. (check the attachment for Fees Structure)

OPTION A: Online Fee Payment Instructions:

Login Credentials: All shortlisted candidates will receive an email/SMS with login details on Wednesday, 26th August 2026.
Payment Window: Parents who wish to pay the fees online must make the online payment of fees between Thursday, 27th August and Friday, 28th August 2026.
Payment Portal: Log in to www.vmscampuscare.in using the login credentials.
Receipt: Ensure that the payment receipt is printed and retained for further processes.
Parents who wish to pay the fees online must submit the following documents to the school office on Tuesday, 1st September’26 between 8:30 A.M. and 9:30 A.M.

Required Documents: (Original documents must be brought for verification)

A copy of the Application Form for Admission, with photographs of the candidate, father, and mother pasted on the given space. (Screenshot of the application form will not be accepted)
Both parents must be present at the time of submission of documents as they need to sign the Application Form upon submission of the same at the school office in presence of the school staff.
Photocopy (self-attested) and Original (for verification) of the candidate’s Municipal Corporation Birth Certificate.
Printout of the Payment Receipt generated from the payment portal.
Photocopies (self-attested) and Originals (for verification) of both parents' Aadhar Cards and Residence Proof (self-attested) (If the address in Aadhar Card is different than the Residence address, then kindly provide a self-attested copy of either Voter ID or Passport or Electricity Bill as an address proof).
Signed Undertaking (downloaded from the school website).
Filled in Identity Card Form (downloaded from the school website).
Photocopy (self-attested) of the candidate’s blood group pathology report.
Photocopy (self-attested) of the candidate’s immunization card.
Any past history of spinal cord or head injuries (if applicable).
Any specific health conditions such as Asthma, Epilepsy, etc. (if applicable).
Allergy data (if applicable).

OPTION B: Submission of Pay Order in the school office

Parents who wish to pay through offline mode must prepare a Pay Order / Demand Draft in favour of ‘Sushila Birla Girls’ School’ and submit the same along with the following documents in the school office on Saturday, 29th August 2026 between 10:00 am and 11:30 am only.

Required Documents: The following documents along with the Pay order / Demand Draft should be submitted at the time of payment of admission fees. (Original documents must be brought for verification)

Pay Order / Demand Draft of Rs.1,49,595/-

3. Failure to Pay or Submit Documents:

Payment Deadline: If admission fees are not paid via Option A or Option B within the specified window, the candidate’s admission will be cancelled.
Document Submission: In case any document cannot be submitted on the designated day, an application addressed to the Headmistress must be provided, stating the reason and seeking another date for submission of documents.

4. Future Vacancies:

If any vacancies arise later, eligible candidates' parents will be contacted via email or phone by the school office.

Interaction Session

The Interaction Session will be conducted physically in school on Friday, 14th August 2026. Please click on the link provided at the end of this notice to view the list of candidates selected for the Interaction. Kindly appear for the Interaction Session according to your allotted date and time.

Please note the following with regard to the Interaction Session:

Attendance – Both parents must be present at the Interaction. The candidate must accompany them.

Requirements – The following documents are to be brought for the Interaction (originals only):

a. Proof of residence

b. Last academic qualification certificate / mark sheet (of both parents)

c. Candidate’s Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation

IMPORTANT: Parents/ Guardians of candidates are requested to check the school website and their emails (as stated in the application form) daily in case, there is any change in date / time of the Interaction, due to unavoidable circumstances.

Eligibility Criteria :

Candidates born between 1st April 2023 and 31st March 2024 are eligible to apply.

Admission for the session 2026-2027 will be done through www.admissiontree.in.

Application forms will be available online from Monday, 22nd June to Sunday, 27th September 2026.

Parents are requested to carefully read the instructions before filling out online application form. The application form will be accepted only after all the details have been filled and the birth certificate is attached.

Please note that the Interaction Session will be held in 2 rounds according to the following schedule:

Round 1

Application forms received between Monday, 22nd June and Sunday, 2nd August 2026.
A virtual tour of the school and an Interaction with the Principal will be held on Saturday, 18th July 2026. To join the session, interested parents may scan the QR code provided below and register with their name and email address. Once registered, the zoom link will be sent directly to the email address provided.
