2. List of candidates selected for the Parents’ Interaction will be put up on Friday, 13th September 2024 at 2:00 p.m. on the school notice board and the school website: www.sbgskolkata.ac.in

3. Final List of candidates selected for admission to Playgroup will be put up on Monday, 30th September 2024 at 2:00 pm on the school notice board and the school website: www.sbgskolkata.ac.in

Eligibility Criteria

• Age 3+ years.
 • Candidates born between 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022 are eligible for admission.

Withdrawal Policy

Parents of Candidates, who are selected to pay the  admission fees of their wards, be informed about the refund policy of fees in case of  withdrawal  from  our school :

 •  Withdrawal before 31st March 2025 - Students applying for refund of fees on or before 31st March 2025 for the next session (2025 – 2026) are to be refunded full fees paid except the Admission Fee.

 •  Withdrawal from 1st April 2025 onwards - Students applying for refund of fees on or after 1st April 2025 for the session (2025 – 2026), prorata fees except Admission fee is to be refunded.

Final List and Payment Details

1. Checking the Admission List:
     • Guardians must verify the selected candidates list and proceed with the payment of admission fees.

2Payment of Admission fees can be done through online mode / submission of Pay Order or Demand Draft at school. (check the attachment for Fee Structure)

OPTION AOnline Fee Payment Instructions:

• Login Credentials: All shortlisted candidates will receive an email/SMS with login details on Tuesday, 24.09.2024.
• Payment Window: Parents who wish to pay the fees online must make the online payment of fees between Wednesday, 25.09.2024 and Friday, 27.09.2024.
• Payment Portal: Log in to www.vmscampuscare.in using the login credentials.
• Receipt: Ensure that the payment receipt is printed and retained for further processes.

• Parents who wish to pay the fees online must submit the following documents to the school office on Tuesday, 01.10.2024, between 10:30 A.M. and 11:30 A.M.
   Required Documents: (Original documents must be brought for verification)
        • A copy of the Admission Form, signed by both parents, with photographs of the candidate, father, and mother pasted on the given space. (Screenshot of the application form will not be accepted)
        • Photocopy (self-attested) and Original (for verification) of the candidate’s Municipal Corporation Birth Certificate.
        • Printout of the Payment Receipt generated from the payment portal.
        • Photocopies (self-attested) and Originals (for verification) of both parents' Aadhar Cards and Residence Proof (self-attested) (Voter ID, Passport, or Electricity Bill).
        • Signed Undertaking (downloaded from the school website).
        • Filled in Identity Card Form (downloaded from the school website).
        • Photocopy (self-attested) of the candidate’s blood group pathology report.
        • Photocopy (self-attested) of the candidate’s immunization card.
        • Any past history of spinal cord or head injuries (if applicable).
        • Any specific health conditions such as Asthma, Epilepsy, etc. (if applicable).
        • Allergy data (if applicable).

OPTION B: Submission of Pay Order in the school office

•  Parents who wish to pay through offline mode must prepare a Pay Order / Demand Draft in favour of ‘Sushila Birla Girls’ School’ and submit the same along with the following documents in the school office on Saturday, 28.09.2024 between 10:00 am and 12:00 noon only.

  Required Documents: The following documents along with the Pay order / Demand Draft should be submitted at the time of payment of admission fees. (Original documents must be brought for verification)
    • Pay Order / Demand Draft of Rs. 1,41,120/-
    • A copy of the Admission Form, signed by both parents, with photographs of the candidate, father, and mother pasted on the given space. (Screenshot of the application form will not be accepted)
    • Photocopy (self-attested) and Original (for verification) of the candidate’s Municipal Corporation Birth Certificate.
    • Printout of the Payment Receipt generated from the payment portal.

3. Failure to Pay or Submit Documents:

    • Payment Deadline: If admission fees are not paid via Option A or Option B within the specified window, the candidate’s admission will be cancelled.
    • Document Submission: In case any document cannot be submitted on the designated day, an application addressed to the Headmistress must be provided, stating the reason.

4. Future Vacancies:

    • If any vacancies arise later, eligible candidates' parents will be contacted via email or phone by the school office.

5. For Queries:

Interaction List

Kindly click on the link given at the end of this notice to view the list of the candidates selected for the Interaction. It will be conducted physically in school on Friday, 13th September 2024 according to the given time.

Please note the following with regard to the Interactive Session:
  • It is necessary for both parents to be present at the Interaction accompanied by the candidate.

  • The following documents are to be brought for the Interaction (IN ORIGINAL)
    (a) Proof of residence
    (b) Last qualification certificate / mark sheet (of both parents)
    (c) Candidate’s Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation

IMPORTANT: Parents/ Guardians of candidates are requested to check the school website and their emails (as stated in the application form) daily in case, there is any change in date / time of the Interaction, due to unavoidable circumstances.
