On 27th February 2026, First Aid training was conducted under the aegis of the Charnock Hospital under the guidance of Dr. Saima Nasreen. Basic life-saving techniques and emergency care were demonstrated by the facilitators,guiding participants on how to respond effectively during medical emergencies, emphasising the importance of immediate assistance before professional help arrives. Through clear demonstrations, the doctor covered essential first aid procedures like CPR; Heimlich Manoevre in case of choking; controlling of convulsion/seizure; treating of road traffic accidents, burn, electrocution and snake bites including managing minor injuries and handling sudden health issues. The session was informative and helped participants gain practical knowledge in administering basic first aid skills.
