On 12.08.2025, a workshop was conducted on Operation Sindoor by Colonel Avishek Nath at the Vidya Mandir Auditorium at 11.00 am. Students of Sushila Birla Girls' School of Classes IX and XI attended the session. Colonel Nath presented a very detailed PPT on how the operation was carried out. There were real videos with a complete background of what happened in Pahalgam and how the Indian armed forces carried out the operation. Students were told how Operation Sindoor was planned bit by bit without any haste and how India targeted most of the terrorist camps around the border and a little away from it as well. Most of the camps were concentrated in a small portion of Pakistan. Colonel Nath also emphasised on how no civilian was targeted in Pakistan during the attack, how the Indian Army, anticipating the attack from Pakistan's side, managed to take down all of the Pakistan drones and aircrafts. The planning was fail proof. Lastly, female personnel were sent to address the country after the Operation to emphasise how India stood with the women victims of the attack.
The workshop concluded with a question -answer session.
