On 21st February 2026, teachers of Sushila Birla Girls' School attended a Staff Development Programme at the scenic SK Gardens, Thakurpukur. The programme was thoughtfully planned to promote both mental and physical well-being in a refreshing outdoor setting.
The day began with an insightful session by Dr. Dolly Gupta, a renowned dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon who spoke about skin and hair care and emphasised the importance of self-confidence and self-care.
This was followed by an engaging and reflective session conducted by the holistic healer, Ms. Aditi Kohli which included a deeply relaxing sound healing session that helped participants unwind and rejuvenate.
The programme also included a lively Zumba session where all staff members enthusiastically participated, enjoying the energetic atmosphere. The food arrangements were excellent and the entire event was conducted smoothly and efficiently by the dedicated efforts of the organising team.
Overall, the programme was enriching, refreshing and a wonderful opportunity to learn, bond and rejuvenate.
