Interaction Session

The Interaction Session will be conducted physically in school on Friday, 14th August 2026. Please click on the link provided at the end of this notice to view the list of candidates selected for the Interaction. Kindly appear for the Interaction Session according to your allotted date and time.

Please note the following with regard to the Interaction Session:

Attendance – Both parents must be present at the Interaction. The candidate must accompany them.

Requirements – The following documents are to be brought for the Interaction (originals only): 

a.  Proof of residence 

b.  Last academic qualification certificate / mark sheet (of both parents) 

 c.  Candidate’s Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation

IMPORTANT: Parents/ Guardians of candidates are requested to check the school website and their emails (as stated in the application form) daily in case, there is any change in date / time of the Interaction, due to unavoidable  circumstances.

Online Application

Eligibility Criteria :

Candidates born between 1st April 2023 and 31st March 2024 are eligible to apply.

Admission for the session  2026-2027  will be done through  www.admissiontree.in.

Application forms will be available online from Monday, 22nd June to Sunday, 27th September 2026.

Parents are requested to carefully read the instructions before filling out online application form. The application form will be accepted only after all the details have been filled and the birth certificate is attached.

Please note that the Interaction Session will be held in 2 rounds according to the following schedule:

Round 1  

• Application forms received between Monday, 22nd June and Sunday, 2nd August 2026. 

• A virtual tour of the school and an Interaction with the Principal will be held on Saturday, 18th July 2026. To join the session, interested parents may scan the QR code provided below and register with their name and email address. Once registered, the zoom link will be sent directly to the email address provided. 

  

   

• List of candidates selected for the Parents’ Interaction for Round 1 will be declared on Friday, 7th August 2026 at 2:00 p.m. on the school notice board and the school website: www.sbgskolkata.ac.in

Round 2 

• Application forms received between Monday, 3rd August and Sunday, 27th September 2026. 

• A virtual tour of the school and an Interaction with the Principal will be held on Wednesday, 26th August 2026. To join the session, interested parents may scan the QR code provided below and register with their name and email address. Once registered, the zoom link will be sent directly to the email address provided.

  

   

• List of candidates selected for the Parents’ Interaction for Round 2 will be declared on Wednesday, 30th September 2026 at 2:00 pm on the school notice board and the school website: www.sbgskolkata.ac.in
