Dear Parents,
Kindly fill in the Proforma below in block letters. Attach a recent PASSPORT SIZE photograph of your daughter in school uniform (with her name written at the back of the photograph) and return the same to your daughter’s class teacher by Monday, 17th February 2025.
Kindly make sure that all the information is accurate, as this will be processed for the Identity Card.
Please note the following regarding the submission of photographs for Pre-Primary:
Students of Lower Nursery should provide the photograph without the apron.
Students of Upper Nursery to Upper KG should provide the photograph in school uniform without the apron.
