Future Hope NGO
10 students from all three streams of Classes XI and XII participated in a week-long internship programme from 20.05.2024 to 25.05.2024 at Future Hope, an NGO for underprivileged children. They organised a summer camp for the students there and the activities included the following:
Handkerchief painting, Math using origami, discussion on digital scams, simple Science based experiments (creating a lava lamp and demonstrating colour change due to reaction between acids and bases), beaded jewellery making, non flame cooking, creating a memory board and role play.
Special Education
Special Education Needs (SEN) provide support to students with social, emotional, psychological and behavioural needs.

We are pleased to announce that Sushila Birla Girls' School has been ranked #4 in the city and and also in West Bengal in the 'Girls Day School' category by EW India School Rankings 2021-22. The ranking was based on parameters like teacher welfare and development, academic reputation, sports education, curriculum, pedagogy and digital readiness to name a few.
Laboratories
Laboratories- Laboratories are well ventilated with modern apparatus and technology to provide the young learners a hands-on experience of the subjects. Following the need of the hour, from a very early age, experiments and practical lessons are included in the curriculum. Libraries

The spacious libraries provide a perfect ambience for the students to develop a passion for reading and hone valuable lifelong skills. The new-age learners have access to the digital library which has elaborate and age-appropriate content.
SPORTS ARENA
Sports play a significant role in disciplining a student and providing holistic development. The school boasts of an exquisite basketball court. The spacious basement is thus used effectively for yoga, archery, table tennis, skating and karate.
