Dear Parents,
This is to inform you that the Annual Excursion to Bangalore/Mysore/Coorg has been planned for the students of Classes IX-X during the Puja Vacation from 8th to 13th October, 2025. The itinerary of the excursion has been organized by Monarch Tours.
Tour Price: Rs 40,000/- (per head) – The cost is inclusive of airfare, 3-star Hotel Accommodation (3 in a room), all transfers, sightseeing by AC Deluxe Coach, All Entry Fees, Breakfast, lunch, dinner and GST.
Payment should be made by Pay Order / Demand Draft in favour of “Monarch Travels”.
Kindly note that the payment of Rs 40,000/- is to be made by Tuesday, 8th July 2025.
The consent form for the trip is to be filled up and submitted to the class teacher with the Demand Draft/Pay Order.
