Submission of Mandatory Documents
Dear Parents,
You are requested to submit one photocopy of your ward’s Birth Certificate along with the duly filled-in “UDISE Student Details Form” provided in class today.
Parents are further requested to ensure that their child has an Aadhaar Card at the earliest, if not already available. Please note that the Aadhaar Card is a mandatory document for school records.
Students are required to submit the hard copy of the duly filled-in form along with the required document by Wednesday, 07.10.2026.
Your cooperation in submitting the required documents within the stipulated time will be highly appreciated.
