    Class I

    Dear Parents,

    1. Please make it convenient to meet your daughter’s Class II class teacher on Thursday, 28.03.2019 any time between 9 am and 10 am for the following:

              •     Return your daughter’s old I.D. Card and receive the new one for the session 2019-20.

              •     Submit the signed copy of your daughter’s report card.

              •     Submit all exercise books as mentioned in the booklist. 

    2. Please note:

              •     Text books are to be covered and labelled.

              •     One pencil pouch containing 4 sharpened pencils, one eraser and a ruler and a separate pencil pouch containing colour pencils must be brought to school everyday.

              •     The exercise books need not be covered.

              •     The student’s name, class & section must be written on the exercise books with a marker pen.

    Dear Parents,

    This is to inform you that the teachers have taken photographs during the recent study tour to Murshidabad. A CD with all the photographs has been prepared.

    You may place an order for the CD by sending Rs.40/- in a sealed envelope to your daughter’s class teacher by Monday, 11th March 2019. Your daughter’s name should be clearly written on the envelope.

    Nursery – Class V

    Dear Parents,

    Please make a note of the following schedule:

    Friday, 8th March 2019           -         Last day for Afternoon Activity classes and Morning Basketball practice.

    School Timings from Monday, 11th March to Friday, 15th March 2019 will be as follows:                                                                          

                                                                Nursery          -           8:30 am – 10:30 am

                                                                KG                  -           8:15 am – 10:40 am

                                                                Class I            -           8:15 am – 10:45 am

                                                                Class II           -           8:15 am – 10:50 am

                                                                Class III          -           8:15 am – 10:55 am

                                                                Class IV         -           8:15 am – 11:05 am

                                                                Class V           -           8:15 am – 11:15 am

                                                                Please note that students who are participating in the Prize Day programme

                                                                will stay back for practice according to the schedule provided to them.

    Monday, 18th March 2019    -              Classes suspended.

                                                                Art Exhibition.

    Please make a note of the following:

    •Students who have been attending these classes in the current academic session have to re-register themselves for the coming year.

    •A child cannot be a member of more than one Activity Class held on the same day.

    •We may not be able to accommodate more than a certain number of students in an Activity Class. Hence students who register first will be given priority.
