GRANDPARENT’S BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION
Students of each section of K.G. celebrated the birthday of a grandparent of one of the students, in their respective classes on Tuesday 26th July. The activity was related to their Conversation topic, ‘Birthday’ . Students made birthday caps in their Craft class and were thus were introduced to the shape – ‘cone’.
VISIT TO SPEED MART
The KG students were taken for shopping in the month of July, to a nearby store at Shakespeare Sarani. Three mothers accompanied us with their cars. Introduction of big and small numbers was done through this field trip. Girls learnt the etiquettes of shopping. They bought items from the shopkeeper and collected their bills. The activity was made interesting by making them decorate their shopping bags in an innovative manner.
