On 10th July 2024, the 25th L. N. Birla Memorial Invitational Debate was conducted by Birla High School, Moira Street at the Vidya Mandir Auditorium. 8 schools participated in this reputed debate. The session was chaired by eminent physician and debater, Dr. Kunal Sarkar who kept the audience entertained with snippets of wisdom.

On 6 July 2024, the meritorious students of Sushila Birla Girls’ School  were felicitated by ‘Prabhat Khabar’. The felicitation ceremony was held at the National Library where top 7 students from Class X (AISSE) and top 6 students from Class XII (AISSCE) were awarded the ‘Pratibha Samman’ while Principal, Mrs. K. Dey was conferred with ‘Guru Samman’.

On 9th June 2024, Ram Avtar Gupta Hindi Protsahan Awards 2024 was organised by Sanmarg, the Hindi daily at the G D Birla Sabhagar auditorium. On 22nd July 2024, students and teachers of Sushila Birla Girls' School celebrated Van Mahotsav by welcoming Dr. Falguni Dey, Chief Guest, Assistant Professor, Department of Geography, Women's Christian College, renowned poet and avid mountaineer for the second edition of the school's sapling plantation drive. Dr. Dey conducted a workshop where students were taught how to make seed bombs. Students took a pledge to envelop their surroundings in greenery and contribute to a healthier environment.
