RECIPE OF THE MONTH
Mini Sabudana Tikki/ Patty
| 1cup sabudana rinsed and soaked overnight | 1 tsp ginger- grated or finely chopped |
| Spices-1 tsp cumin powder, 1tsp amchur, a pinch of black pepper | 2 medium size, boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes |
| 1\2 cup roasted peanuts coarsely crushed | 2-3 finely chopped green chilies (optional) |
| 1-2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves | Salt to taste |
