Dear Parent,
In order to promote experiential learning, an educational field trip to Shantiniketan is being planned for the students of Class V from Thursday, 20th to Saturday, 22nd November 2025. Various activities are planned integrating the curricular and co-curricular topics. We urge you to consider the trip as compulsory.
Tour Price: Rs. 6,500/-. The cost is inclusive of accommodation, train fare, sightseeing, food and GST. The itinerary of the field trip will be sent separately.
Kindly note that the payment of Rs. 6,500/- is to be made through a demand draft in favour of ‘Monarch Travels, Kolkata’. The consent form for the trip is to be filled up and sent along with the demand draft to your daughter’s Class Teacher by Wednesday, 2nd July 2025. Please note that cash / cheques will not be accepted.
