    Dear Parent,

    Given below is the menu for the month of August 2023. Please follow it from Tuesday, 01.08.2023.

    MONDAY:              Aloo paratha/ upma, almonds, any seasonal fruit.

    TUESDAY:              Cheese toast/ poha, sandesh, any seasonal fruit

    WEDNESDAY:      Peas pulao/ Dal ka chilla, fox nuts, any seasonal fruit

    THURSDAY:           Nutella sandwich/ Vegetable sandwich, cucumber sticks, any seasonal fruit

    FRIDAY:                   Burger/ Pasta, nuts and berries, any seasonal fruit

    N.B.

    The quantity of the food packed should be appropriate to the appetite of your child.

    •  Sufficient drinking water must be carried to school.

    •  A napkin must be carried to school daily.

    •  Fork/Spoon should be carried every day.

    •  Packaged food items should not be sent.

    •  Nuts are healthy and may be added to your daughter’s tiffin every day.

    •  Easily digestible food should be provided.

    •  Fried food should be avoided.

    •  Minimum oil should be used.

    •  It is advisable to give an extra tiffin to girls on club days.

    Class III

    Dear Parent,

    Students of Class III will be taken for a field trip to Meera Mandir, Moira Street, Kolkata – 700017 on Thursday, 27.07.2023 at 8:15 am. The objective of this trip is to promote cultural awareness. 

    The trip will be undertaken subject to weather conditions. Students will be accompanied by the Hindi and Bengali teachers and parents who have volunteered to accompany the students.

    Students of Class V will appear for their Half Yearly Examinations 2023-24.

    Please note the following in this regard.

     

    1. The schedule for the examinations is as follows:

      2.         The syllabus for the examinations will be notified by the Class Teachers in the Google Classroom.

      3.         Maximum marks for each examination is 40 marks.

      4.         Students are to bring a transparent pouch with pen, pencil, eraser, ruler etc.

      5.         They must report to school at 8:15 a.m.

      6.         Dispersal will be against I.D. Cards at 10.05 a.m. from Gate No. 3.

      7.         Classes will remain suspended for the students of Class V on Monday, 14th August 2023.

      8.         Basketball practice in the morning and afternoon activity classes will remain suspended for the students of Class V from Monday, 14th August 2023 to Monday, 28th August 2023.

      9.         Normal classes will resume from Tuesday, 29th August 2023.
