    Dear Parents,

    This is to inform you that the students will be taken on a field trip for educational purposes to Birla Industrial and Technological Museum on Wednesday, 2nd August 2023. The objectives of the field trip will be to study the human body and view experiments on Science in a specially curated show. They will leave the school premises by 10 am and are expected to return latest by 1.30 pm.

    You are requested to send the duly signed permission slip to the Class Teacher latest by Monday, 31st July 2023.

    Classes IV – IX & XI

    Dear Parents,

    This is to inform you that the Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) is organizing the GREEN Olympiad for students of Classes IV to IX & XI. The tentative date for the offline examination to be held in school will be 12.10.2023.

    The registration will be done by the school. The registration fee is ₹ 200 per student and additional charges for availing sample paper booklet is ₹ 100 per student. 

    The examination is optional. In case you want your daughter to appear for the examination, please send the fees in a closed envelope (with name, class and section written) to your daughter’s Class Teacher by 31st July, 2023.

    Classes X & XII

    Dear Parents,

    ‘Examination Anxiety’ is a fairly common phenomenon among students these days.  In order to address this issue specially during this time of the year, we have invited Dr. Era Dutta, a mental health expert to share her expertise on the “Concrete  ways of handling  Examination Stress”.

    Students are therefore requested to stay back after school on 9th August 2023 from 2:45 pm to  3:45 pm to attend the programme.  The session will help them to tackle their worries and fears which they sometimes face at the onset of examinations.

    Dear Parent,

    Given below is the menu for the month of August 2023. Please follow it from Tuesday, 01.08.2023.

    MONDAY:              Aloo paratha/ upma, almonds, any seasonal fruit.

    TUESDAY:              Cheese toast/ poha, sandesh, any seasonal fruit

    WEDNESDAY:      Peas pulao/ Dal ka chilla, fox nuts, any seasonal fruit

    THURSDAY:           Nutella sandwich/ Vegetable sandwich, cucumber sticks, any seasonal fruit

    FRIDAY:                   Burger/ Pasta, nuts and berries, any seasonal fruit

    N.B.

    The quantity of the food packed should be appropriate to the appetite of your child.

    •  Sufficient drinking water must be carried to school.

    •  A napkin must be carried to school daily.

    •  Fork/Spoon should be carried every day.

    •  Packaged food items should not be sent.

    •  Nuts are healthy and may be added to your daughter’s tiffin every day.

    •  Easily digestible food should be provided.

    •  Fried food should be avoided.

    •  Minimum oil should be used.

    •  It is advisable to give an extra tiffin to girls on club days.
