Classes VI - IX and XI
Dear Parents,
Please make a note of the schedule to be followed in school from 13th February, 2026.
Students must report to school on the days of their Annual Examinations according to the time-table already provided to them and be picked up at the timings mentioned there.
Students need not come to school on the days when no examination or activity is slated.
12th February 2026 - Last working day before the Annual Examinations.
11th March 2026 - Annual Examination answer scripts will be shown to the students of Classes VI – VIII (Full day
school).
12th March 2026 - Annual Examination answer scripts will be shown to the students of Classes IX and XI (8:15 am –
1:30 pm).
19th March 2026 - Publication of Report Cards online. (Classes VI-IX &XI)
20th March 2026 - Distribution of Report Cards for Classes IX and XI.
23rd March to
31st March, 2026 - Term Break.
1st April 2026 - Classes begin for the session 2026-2027 for Classes VI – X & XII

Classes VI - VIII
Dear Parents,
This is to inform you that the students of Science and Nature Hobby Activity will go on a Butterfly Walk at Banabitan Biodiversity Park, (Central Park, Sector 1, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal 700091) on 4th February 2026 as a part of their hobby activity.
This field trip will take place during school hours. 13 students will be accompanied by three teachers - Mrs. Julie De, Mrs. Moynee Mukherjee and Mrs. Deepa Bhattacharya. The visit will also be facilitated by two resource persons from The Birdwatchers’ Society. The consent form for the same must be submitted to the Class Teachers on 2nd February 2026.

Classes Playgroup – XII
Dear Parents,
We would like to inform you that the school timings will be revised with effect from the academic session 2026–2027. This change has been introduced keeping the students’ overall well-being and benefit in mind.
Over the past sessions, the school administration has received continuous and consistent requests from students and parents expressing concern that the school day, which extends until 2:45pm leaves limited time for personal activities. After reviewing these concerns and evaluating their impact on students’ academic load, physical well-being and personal time, the school has decided to implement revised timings.
As part of this initiative, the school will also be incorporating all beyond-school-hour activities within the regular school hours, ensuring a more balanced routine for students and minimizing the need for extended hours after school. However, please note that practice sessions for the Basketball Teams (both Junior and Senior) and Lawn Tennis will continue to take place beyond regular school hours.
The revised timings for the various sections are given below for your kind perusal:

Classes Playgroup – Upper KG
Dear Parents,
In our school, we firmly believe in the holistic development of our students. As a part of this commitment, we organise Annual Sports for our Pre-Primary students each year and invite parents to join us in celebrating their achievements.
However, due to the ongoing construction work on our premises and the resulting space constraints, we are organising only the novelty races for our students on Friday, 6th February 2026 during school hours. This will give them an opportunity to demonstrate their physical skills, have fun and develop teamwork while making best use of the available space.
We regret our inability to invite you for the event but will surely share pictures of the same.

It gives us great pleasure to invite you ‘Imagine. Innovate. Impact’, the annual SDG exhibition organised by the students of Classes III to V on Friday, 30th January 2026 in the Centre for Performing Arts.
Timings are as follows:
Roll: 01 – 15 - 10.00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Roll: 16 – 31 - 11:30 a.m. to 12.45 p.m.
Attendance is compulsory for students of Classes III to V.
They must visit the exhibition in proper school uniform, accompanied by their parents.
Regular classes will remain suspended for students of Classes III to V.
