Dear Parents,
To encourage healthy practices and promote meaningful sharing among children, the school has revised its policy regarding birthday celebrations.
Parents are requested not to send sweets, chocolates or other edible items to school for distribution on their ward's birthday. Many commercially available confectioneries contain ingredients such as palm oil, artificial colours, preservatives and high sugar content, which are not considered suitable for regular consumption by young children.
Instead, if you wish to celebrate your child's birthday in school, you may send a stationery item (such as a pencil, eraser, sharpener, ruler or similar item) with a maximum value of ₹10 per child for distribution among classmates.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a healthier and more thoughtful environment for our students while making birthday celebrations special.

Dear Parents,
This is to inform you that we are hosting a “University Fair” on Monday, 13th July 2026 at Sushila Birla Girls’ School. More than 100 Indian and International Universities are participating in this fair. Kindly note, you are requested to attend the fair with your daughter. Regular classes will be suspended on that day and timings for the fair will be shared by the Class Teacher.
This is a wonderful opportunity to explore university options for undergraduate studies. Looking forward to your presence.

Students of Classes IX and XI are required to attend the Final Round of the 27th L. N. Birla Memorial Debate 2026 as members of the audience.
Date: Saturday, 11 July 2026
Reporting Time to School: 10:00 a.m.
Dispersal Time: 1:30 p.m.
Students are expected to report to school in regular school uniform and maintain proper discipline throughout the programme. Attendance is compulsory.

This is to inform you that the Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) is organising the Olympiad Examinations for the academic year 2026-27 for students of Classes I to XII.
The offline examinations will be held in school as per the schedule given below:
