Classes Playgroup – Upper KG
Dear Parents,
In our school, we firmly believe in the holistic development of our students. As a part of this commitment, we organise Annual Sports for our Pre-Primary students each year and invite parents to join us in celebrating their achievements.
However, due to the ongoing construction work on our premises and the resulting space constraints, we are organising only the novelty races for our students on Friday, 6th February 2026 during school hours. This will give them an opportunity to demonstrate their physical skills, have fun and develop teamwork while making best use of the available space.
We regret our inability to invite you for the event but will surely share pictures of the same.

Classes III – V
Dear Parents,
It gives us great pleasure to invite you ‘Imagine. Innovate. Impact’, the annual SDG exhibition organised by the students of Classes III to V on Friday, 30th January 2026 in the Centre for Performing Arts.
Timings are as follows:
Roll: 01 – 15 - 10.00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Roll: 16 – 31 - 11:30 a.m. to 12.45 p.m.
Attendance is compulsory for students of Classes III to V.
They must visit the exhibition in proper school uniform, accompanied by their parents.
Regular classes will remain suspended for students of Classes III to V.

Dear Parents,
This is to inform you that Saraswati Puja will be celebrated in school on Friday, 23rd January 2026 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Due to ongoing construction work on the school premises, we will not be able to accommodate a large number of students for the celebration. Hence, only students of Lower KG and Upper KG may attend the programme.
It is, however, mandatory for all Student Council members to attend the same.
The reporting time is 8:15 a.m.
Students must be dressed in appropriate Indian attire.

Class - III
Dear Parents,
This is to inform you that students of Class III will be taken on a field trip for educational purposes to Shaheed Bhagat Singh Udyan (Minto Park) on Thursday, 22nd January 2026 during school hours.
The objective of the field trip is to help children observe and understand nature closely and identify trees, plants, flowers, birds, insects and other natural elements. Their respective Hindi / Bengali teachers and parent volunteers will accompany them.

Dear Parents,
This is to inform you that five Class XII Board Practical Examinations are scheduled to be conducted on Tuesday, 20th January 2026, alongside ongoing construction work within the school premises.
In view of these unavoidable circumstances and to ensure the smooth conduct of the Board Practical Examinations it will not be feasible to hold regular classes for Class IX on the above-mentioned date. Therefore, classes for Class IX will remain suspended on that day. Regular classes for Class IX will resume as per the usual schedule thereafter. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

This is to inform you that students of Class VII will be taken on a field trip to the Botanical Garden, Kolkata, on Tuesday, 27th January 2026, as part of their academic enrichment activities.
The objective of the visit is to help students observe different varieties of plants and birds and develop an appreciation for nature and environmental conservation.
Please note that dispersal of students will take place from the school itself at the scheduled time.
You are requested to send the duly signed consent form to the Class Teacher latest by Tuesday, 20th January 2026.

Classes IV and V
Dear Parent,
Students of Classes IV and V will appear for their Annual Examinations 2025-26.
Your ward must report to school on the days of her Annual Examinations by 8:15 a.m. and be dispersed against I.D. Card.
Dispersal time for
Class IV: 9:50 a.m.
Class V: 10:10 a.m.
The schedule and syllabi for the examinations will be uploaded by the Class Teacher in the Google Classroom.
Regular classes, morning basketball practice and afternoon activity classes will remain suspended for the students of Classes IV and V from Monday, 09.02.2026 to Tuesday, 24.02.2026.
Normal classes will resume for the students of Classes IV and V from Wednesday, 25.02.2026.
