Dear Parents,
Please make a note of the schedule to be followed by the students of Classes X and XII. Students need not come to school on the days when no examination or activity is slated.
6th December 2024 - Last working day before Pre-Board / Selection Examinations for Classes X and XII
10th to 18th December 2024 - Pre-Board Examinations for Class X
&
2nd to 6th January 2025 - Selection Examinations – Class XII (Theory)
7th to 10th January 2025 - Selection Examinations – Class XII (Practicals)
10th January 2025 - Pre-Board Examination answer scripts will be shown to Class X. Timings : 8:15 am to 12:30 pm
13th January 2025 - Selection Examination answer scripts will be shown to Class XII. Timings : 8:15 am to 1:15 pm
28th January 2025 - Uploading and visibility of report cards for Classes X and XII
29th January 2025 - Classes X & XII to be in school from 2:00 pm to 2:45 pm to collect report cards.

Classes VI – VIII
Dear Parents,
This is to inform you that all students of Classes VI and VII and members of the Science and Nature Team from Class VIII will be taken on an educational excursion to the Botanical Garden, Howrah on Wednesday, 27.11.2024. Dispersal will take place from school at the usual time.
While students may carry food with them, care must be taken to ensure that it is not packed in single use plastic container/packet as this is prohibited at the venue.
Kindly submit the duly signed consent form to the Class Teacher by 26.11.2024.

This session aims to guide our students and parents in making informed decisions about the future careers and admissions.

Dear Parents,
A career counselling programme has been organized for the students of Class X. It is compulsory for all students. This year we have selected High School Moms, Gurugram for this programme which includes:
Career Assessment Test
Career Report and Group Counselling
Individual Counselling
An online Career Assessment Test will be conducted in the school premises on 14th November 2024 from 9:00 am onwards. Dates and timings of the other two sessions will be shared by the Class Teachers in due course.
The charges for the programme will be borne by the school.

Classes VII – XI
Dear Parents,
We are pleased to announce that our partner schools in France- Collège Sacré-Coeur and Lycee Saint Joseph, Lamballe, Brittany have sent a proposal for an in-person exchange of 33 students in the academic session 2025-26. The selected students of our school, along with a few teachers, will be visiting the schools in France from 17th to the 28th of May 2025. The students from France will come to Kolkata for a reciprocal visit in December, the dates for which have not been finalized yet.
We request you to kindly let us know if your daughter would be interested in participating in this exchange programme. Kindly note the following details which will aid you in making your decision.
All consent letters are to be addressed to the Principal and handed over to Mrs. Nabanita Sen, the Coordinator for Outreach Programmes by Monday, 18th November 2024. Selection of candidates will take place on the basis of an interview round; feedback from Class Teachers, subject teachers and Academic Coordinators.
