    Dear Parents,

    As you are aware, your daughter is participating in the Prize Day Programme to be held on Friday, 22nd March 2024.

    •  Dress Rehearsal will be held on Tuesday, 19th March 2024.

    Participants are to report at 8:15 a.m. in their respective costumes and light make up. They will be dismissed as per the following schedule.

         Class III- 10:55 a.m.

         Class IV – 11:05 a.m.

         Class V – 11:15 a.m.

    •  Annual Day and Prize Distribution Ceremony will be held on Friday, 22nd March 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in the CPA.

    1. Students participating in the programme need to report to school at 8:15 am in their respective costumes.
    2. Participants who are prize winners will receive prizes in their respective costumes. However, they will go up on stage to receive their prizes in regulation socks and school shoes. Please label their shoes so that they can be identified.
    3. All students will be dismissed against their ID Cards from school after the entire programme is over which is expected to end by 1:00 p.m.

  • Nursery & K.G.

    Dear Parents,

    We are happy to inform you that the school has organised a fun-filled picnic for the students of Nursery and K.G. on Tuesday, 5th March 2024. The picnic will be held in the school premises.

    Please note that students will follow regular school timings. However, they can wear casual clothes and carry their favourite snack with them.

    Dear Parents,

    This is to inform you that the SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) and Art exhibitions by the students of the Primary Section will be held on Friday, 8th March 2024 in the school premises.

    Attendance is compulsory for students of Classes I - V. They must visit both the exhibitions accompanied by their parents.

    Vegetable cheese grilled sandwich

     

    Salted fox nuts

     

     

    Soaked almonds

    Capsicum and tomato are rich in Vitamin A and C, whereas corn is rich in fibre. Cheese makes it tasty.

     

    Fox nuts are low in calories and great alternative to potato chips.

     

    Soaked almonds contain Vitamin E. Almonds are known to promote brain health and are good for our memory.

    Pomegranate

    Methi or fenugreek leaves are rich in fibre and when added to parathas is very tasty and healthy.

    Peanuts are abundant in Vitamin E, zinc, magnesium and great for our skin.

    Great for a healthy heart, pomegranates are also rich sources of Vitamin C.

    Carrot slices

    Peas are rich in Vitamin C and E that helps to strengthen our immune system.

    Popcorn is high in fibre.

    Carrots are good for eye health because they are rich in Vitamin A.

    Jaggery(gur) sandesh

    An excellent way to add winter veggies to our meal. It is loaded with vitamins, minerals and fibre.

    Cucumber is a great source for hydration.

    Jaggery helps to boost energy and provides us with iron.   

     

    Friday

    Pasta cooked in your favourite sauce

    Walnut brownie

     

     Orange

    Pasta is a good source of energy.

     

    Walnut improves brain health. Chocolate helps to boost energy.

    Oranges are a rich source of Vitamin C.

    Please note:

    The quantity of the food packed should be appropriate to the appetite of your child.

    A napkin must be carried to school daily.

    Fork /spoon should be carried every day.

    Packaged food items should not be sent.

    Minimum oil should be used.

    It is advisable to give extra tiffin to the students on club activity days.

    RECIPE OF THE MONTH

    Vegetable cheese grilled sandwich

      • 2 slices of bread (whole wheat / multigrain)

      • 2tbsp finely chopped vegetables – capsicum, tomato, onion,

         coriander leaves

      • 2 tbsp sweet corn kernels 

      • butter 

      • 1 cube - grated cheese

      • As per taste add- oregano, chilli flakes, salt

     

          • Mix the vegetables, add salt, oregano, chilli flakes and finely chopped coriander leaves.

          • Add sweet corn kernels. (The kernels to be washed in warm water)

          • Add 1cube grated processed cheese. Mix well.

          • Butter the slices of bread. Put the filling between two slices of bread.

          • Grill for 3- 4 minutes on a non-stick pan or sandwich griller.
