Students of Class V will appear for their Annual Examinations 2024-25.
Please note the following in this regard.

5. Dispersal of students will be against I.D. Cards at 10:10 a.m.
6. Students are to bring a transparent pouch with pen, pencil, eraser, ruler, colour pencils etc.
7. Normal classes, morning basketball practice and afternoon activity classes will remain suspended for the students of Class V from Monday, 10th February 2025 to Thursday, 27th February 2025.
8. Normal classes will resume from Friday, 28th February 2025.

Classes III – V
Dear Parents,
It gives us great pleasure to invite you to the exhibition on Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) organised by the students of Classes III to V on Friday, 10th January 2025 in the Centre for Performing Arts.
Timings are as follows:
Roll 1 - 10: 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Roll 11 - 20: 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Roll 21 - 31: 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Attendance is compulsory for the students of Classes III to V. They must visit the exhibition in proper school uniform, accompanied by their parents.
However, regular classes will remain suspended for the students of Classes III to V.

Classes VI to IX & XI
Dear Parents,
You will be happy to know that the students of Classes VI to IX & XI will be taken on an Educational Excursion to Green Valley Resort, Dr. BC Roy Rd., off Southern Bypass near Botanica, Dingelpota, West Bengal-700015 on Wednesday, 22nd January 2025.
An amount of Rs.800/- will be collected from the students towards the cost of transport, venue and food. The said amount is to be transferred through Campus Care. Steps to transfer the said amount are as follows:
Log in to Campus Care using the parent ID i.e. the ID which starts with PG.
After logging in, you will see a message 'Participate in an Upcoming Event - Participate Now'. Click on it.
Tick against the amount displayed for School Educational Excursion.
Click on 'Pay'.
Check the Terms and Conditions. Click on 'Pay' once again. You will be taken to the payment portal.
Payment may be made either through Net Banking or through Credit Card.
Kindly make the payment by Wednesday, 8th January 2025.
Your daughter must report to school in coloured clothes by 7:15 am. Students are required to carry their water bottles and sun caps.
Since all bookings are made on student count, kindly note that the money once deposited cannot be refunded, even if a student is unable to go for the excursion due to ill health or any other reason.
Kindly sign the permission slip and send the same to your daughter’s Class Teacher by Wednesday, 8th January 2025.

Please note:
The quantity of the food packed should be appropriate to the appetite of your child.
A napkin must be carried to school daily.
Fork/ spoon should be carried every day.

It is advisable to give extra tiffin to the students on the days they have afternoon activity.
RECIPE OF THE MONTH
Dry Fruits Energy Bar
1 cup dates pitted | 1 cup cashew |
¼ cup pistachios | 1 cup almonds |
½ cup walnuts | 1 cup hot water |
¼ cup sesame seeds | ½ cup dry coconut, grated |
½ tsp cardamom powder | ½ cup rolled oats |
¼ cup pumpkin seeds | ½ cup honey |
¼ tsp salt |
INSTRUCTIONS:
Soak a cup of dates in an equal measure of hot water for 2 hours.
Blend it to a smooth paste without adding any water. Keep aside.
Take 1 cup cashew, 1 cup almonds, ½ cup walnut, ¼ cup pistachios, ¼ cup sesame seeds and ¼ cup pumpkin seeds in a warm pan. Roast on low flame for 5 minutes or until the nuts are crunchy.
Add ½ cup dry coconut and continue to roast and transfer the roasted nuts to a bowl and keep aside.
Take the dates puree and saute on medium flame. Cook until it thickens.
Now add the roasted nuts, ½ cup honey, ½ tsp cardamom powder and ¼ tsp salt. Turn off the flame and mix well.
Further, roast ½ cup rolled oats on medium flame until aromatic. Blend to a fine powder.
Add oats powder to the above mixture and combine well.
Transfer the prepared mixture into a greased plate lined with baking paper. Pat and smoothen to let it set well. Refrigerate for an hour.
Unmould and cut into pieces. Store in an airtight container for a month in the refrigerator.

The annual restructuring of the fees is necessitated by the ever increasing cost incurred by the institution. As you are aware our Annual Sports Day will be held on Friday, 20th December 2024 at Gitanjali Stadium, Rajdanga (near Siemens), Kolkata – 700 107 from 10:00 a.m. onwards. Kindly note the following:
Students from Classes I to XII are to report at 9:00 a.m.
Students will not be allowed to leave before the end of the entire programme. We expect to finish between 3:00 and 3:30 p.m.
