    K.G. to Class V

    Dear Parent,

    Given below is the menu for the month of September 2023. Please follow it from Friday, 1.9.2023.

    MONDAY:         Poori with paneer sabzi / Stuffed vegetable paratha, banana/ any seasonal fruit

    TUESDAY:         Cheese/ Vegetable sandwich, almonds, any seasonal fruit

    WEDNESDAY:  Butter corn / Vegetable cutlet, apple/ any seasonal fruit

    THURSDAY:     Vegetable Poha / Idli, peanuts, any seasonal fruit

    FRIDAY:             Vegetable chowmein / Vermicelli, dates, any seasonal fruit

    N.B.

    The quantity of the food packed should be appropriate to the appetite of your child.

    • Sufficient drinking water must be carried to school.

    • A napkin must be carried to school daily.

    • Fork/Spoon should be carried every day.

    • Packaged food items should not be sent.

    • Nuts are healthy and may be added to your daughter’s tiffin every day.

    • Easily digestible food should be provided.

    • Fried food should be avoided.

    • Minimum oil should be used.

    • It is advisable to give an extra tiffin to girls on club days.

    Class I

    Dear Parent,

    Students of Class I will be taken for a field trip to Nature Study Park, Loudon Street, Kolkata – 700017 on Thursday, 27.07.2023 at 8:15 am. The objective of this trip is to enable the students to learn about the parts of plants and develop greater familiarity with different plants.  The students will also learn about the concept of recycling.

    Trip Date:      Monday, 28.08.2023

    Time:              8:30 am to 10:00 am

    The trip will be undertaken subject to weather conditions. The students will be accompanied by the Class Teachers, Hindi and Bengali teachers and volunteer parents.

    Dear Parents,

    This is to inform you that Independence Day will be celebrated in school on Tuesday 15th August 2023 from 10:15 am to 10:45 am.  Each student must carry an umbrella on that day.

    Please note students of Class XII need to stay back till 12:30 pm to attend the felicitation of high achievers (AISSCE 2023) at the Vidya Mandir Auditorium.

    Attendance is compulsory.
