Dear Parents,
As you are aware our Annual Sports Day will be held on Friday, 20th December 2024 at Gitanjali Stadium, Rajdanga (near Siemens), Kolkata – 700 107 from 10:00 a.m. onwards. Kindly note the following:
Students from Classes I to XII are to report at 9:00 a.m.
Students will not be allowed to leave before the end of the entire programme. We expect to finish between 3:00 and 3:30 p.m.
Students of Classes I to V will be dismissed against their ID Cards
Kindly note that the students are not allowed to visit any public place wearing their school uniform.
Classes will remain suspended for students of Lower Nursery, Upper Nursery,
Lower K.G. and Upper K.G.

Classes I & II
Dear Parent,
You will be happy to know that the students of Classes I and II will be taken for an Educational Excursion to Princeton Club, 26, Prince Anwar Shah Road, Badam Talla, Tollygunge, Kolkata, West Bengal- 700033 on Thursday, 9th January 2025.
An amount of Rs.625.00/- will be collected from the students towards the cost of transport and food. The said amount is to be transferred through Campus Care. The steps to transfer the amount are as follows:
• Log in to campus care using the parent ID i.e. the ID which starts with PG.
• After logging in, you will see a message 'Participate in an Upcoming Event - Participate Now'. Click on it.
• Tick against the amount displayed for School Educational Excursion.
• Click on 'Pay'.
• Check the Terms and Conditions. Click on 'Pay' once again. You will be taken to the payment portal.
• Payment may be made either through Net Banking or through Credit Card.
Kindly make the payment by Friday 13th December to Sunday 22nd December, 2024.
Students are required to carry their water bottles and sun caps. They must be dressed in comfortable clothes and wear sneakers.
Kindly note that your daughter must report to school on Thursday, 9th January 2025 at 8:00 am.
Dispersal will be from school against the ID card according to the following schedule:
Class I - 2:30 pm
Class II - 2:45 pm

Sports practice will be held at Geetanjali Stadium, Rajdanga (near Siemens), Kolkata - 700 017 on Friday, 13th December 2024.
Reporting and dismissal for all students on Friday, 13 th December 2024 will be from Geetanjali Stadium according to the timings given below:
Classes X and XII – 8:15 a.m. to 10:30 am (Classes X & XII – only participants to come)
Classes VI – IX & XI – 8:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Classes I – V – 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Please ensure that all students have the following:
a. Water bottle
b. Dry tiffin
c. Any equipment as instructed by the teachers
d. A small mat to sit on (Please note that newspapers will not be allowed)
e. A sun cap
Students of the Primary Section will be dismissed against their Identity Cards.
