    Dear Parents,

    This is to inform you that a school trip to Italy and Switzerland with a specific focus on art and nature is being planned in the month of October 2019 for students of Classes IX – XII. This is being organized by Edterra Edventures.  A presentation for all the students has already taken place.  Representatives of Edterra Edventures will be in school on Friday at 1:30 pm to make another presentation for interested parents.  Please do let your daughter’s class teacher know by Thursday 2nd May, if you would like to attend this.

    Classes I – V

    Dear Parent,

    This is the list of articles that will be required for your daughter’s Art Classes. Please arrange to procure them during the Summer Vacations at your convenience and keep them at home. They are to be sent to school when asked for by the Art Teacher.

    •     Class 1

    1. Ice cream sticks – 10 pieces
    2. Multicoloured A4 size Fabriano sheets – 1 packet
    3. Half inch satin ribbon (any colour) – 1 roll
    4. Poster colours (15 ml) – Yellow, Red, Blue, Green, Black, Orange and  White.
    5. Small size Chhakalia (for making Rakhi) – 1 piece.
    6. Multicoloured sequins (20 grams).
    7. Red and golden glitter tubes (30 ml each).
    8. Cotton roll (small packet) – 1 roll.
    9. Wooden pegs – 2 pieces.
    10. Black small sized Bindis – 1 leaf.
    11. White paper plate of 25 cm diameter – 3 pieces.

    •     Class II     

    1. 1 packet A4 size Fabriano sheets (Multicolour).
    2. 1 Quilling kit with quilling pen or needle (entire body of the quilling pen or needle will be of plastic) and (Quilling strips should be of 5mm width) (Red, Yellow, Green Orange, White, Brown and Blue). Each colour - 1 Packet.
    3. Whitethermocol plate of 25 cm diameter – 2pieces.

    •     Class III         

    1. 1 packet A4 size Fabriano sheets (Multicolour).
    2. 1 Quilling kit with quilling pen or needle (entire body of the quilling pen or needle will be of plastic) and (Quilling strips should be of 5mm width) (Red, Yellow, Green Orange, White, Brown and Blue).Each colour- 1 Packet.
    3. 2 masking tapes (Width one and half inches or two inches).
    4. 1 white Mount Board.
    5. 1 roll one fourth inch ribbon of any colour.

    •     Class IV

    1. 1 packet A4 size Fabriano sheets (Multicolour).
    2. 1 earthen pot, height 30cm (Do not bring plant pots).
    3. 1 roll one fourth inch ribbon of any colour.
    4. 1 White Mount Board.
    5. 2 masking tapes (Width one and half inches or two inches).
    6. 1 Quilling kit with quilling pen or needle (entire body of the quilling pen or needle will be of plastic) and (Quilling strips should be of 5mm width) (Red, Yellow, Green Orange, White, Brown and Blue). Each colour - 1 Packet.

    •     Class V

    1. 1 packet A4 size Fabriano sheets (Multicolour).
    2. 1 set glass painting colours (set of 6).
    3. 2 masking tapes (width one and half inch or two inches).
    4. 2 pcs. White Mount Board.
    5. Handmade paper-Orange, Medium Blue, White – (Each colour 2 pcs).
    6. 1roll one fourth inch ribbon of any colour.
    7. 1 Quilling kit with quilling pen or needle (entire body of the quilling pen or needle will be of plastic) and (Quilling strips should be of 5mm width) (Red, Yellow, Green Orange, White, Brown and Blue). Each colour - 1 Packet.
    8. 4 A4 size OHP sheets.

    ​If students have any of the above items leftover from the last academic session, they may use the same.
