    Dear Parents,

    We would like to  inform you that our school has decided to offer The Early Post, a weekly newspaper, especially curated for children belonging to the age group of 11 – 14, for subscription.  It is an ensemble of interesting facts and information that would enhance the general awareness of children.

    Subscription to this weekly is optional and the fees are as follows :

    Monthly  -  Rs.300/-

    Quarterly  -  Rs. 750/-

    Half Yearly  -  Rs.1500/-

    If you are interested in subscribing to this weekly newspaper for your ward, kindly fill up the subscription form and ask them to return it to their respective class teachers by 7th February 2019.

  • Classes VI - IX

    Dear Parents,

    We are organizing a two day workshop  on  ‘Books and Beyond’ for our students of classes VI to IX.   The dates and timings of the workshop will be as follows :

    Thursday,  7th  March 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

    Friday,  8th  March 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

    The cost of the workshop is Rs.550/- per student.

    Should you wish  your daughter to participate in the above workshop kindly send a Demand Draft for Rs.550/- in favour of “Sushila Birla Girls’ School” to the School Accounts Office by 8th February 2019.

    Dear Parents,

    Kindly fill in the attached Proforma in block letters. Attach a recent PASSPORT SIZE photograph of your daughter in school uniform (with her name written at the back of the photograph) and return the same to your daughter’s class teacher by Monday, 4th February 2019.

    Kindly make sure that all the information is accurate, as this will be processed for the Identity Card.

    Please note that KG students going to class I should provide the photograph in school uniform without the apron.

    Do not send packaged food items like chips and Kurkure. Home-made chips or popcorn are better substitutes.
