    Classes IX &  XI

    Dear Parents,

    Please make a note of the schedule to be followed in school from 15th February 2018.

    Students must report to school  on the days of their Annual Examinations according to the time-table already provided to them and be picked up at the timings mentioned there.

    Students need not come to school on the days when no examination or activity is slated.

    15th February 2018     -           Last working day before Annual Examinations for Classes IX and XI

    19th  February 2018    -           Annual Examinations begins for Classes IX and XI

    28th February 2018     -           Annual Examinations end for Class IX

    9th March 2018           -           Annual Examinations end for Class XI

    14th March 2018         -           Full day school for Classes IX and XI

                                                    (Annual Examination answer scripts will be shown)

    22nd  March 2018        -          Classes IX and XI students to be in school to receive Report Cards from

                                                    1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.  

    26th  March to

    1st  April  2018             -           Term Break

    2nd April 2018              -           New Term begins for Classes IX, X and XII

    2nd  April 2018             -           New Term begins for Classes VI, VII, VIII & IX.

    N.B. 

    • Nuts are healthy and may be added to your daughter’s tiffin every day.
    • Minimum oil should be used.
    • The quantity of the food packed should be appropriate to the appetite of your child.
    • A napkin must be brought daily to school.
    • Do not send packaged food items like chips and Kurkure. Home-made chips or popcorn are better substitutes.

    As you are aware, our K.G. Sports are scheduled to be held on Friday, 02nd February, 2018 at 1:00 pm, please make a note of the following:

    • Reporting time for students is 12:15 pm.
    • Children should report in their respective sports’ costumes and school shoes should be worn. Hair should be neatly pinned / tied.
    • Students may carry their water bottles only.
    • Dismissal will be against I.D. cards only after the sports are over (around 2 pm).

    • Reporting time for students is 2:15 pm.
    • Children should report to school in their respective costumes and school shoes should be worn. Hair should be neatly pinned / tied.
    • Students should carry their water bottles only.
    • Dismissal will be against I.D. cards only after the sports are over (around 4pm).
