    Dear Parents,

    This is to inform you that the school will be conducting Half Yearly Examinations for the students of Class V in August 2022. Please note the following in this regard.

    1.     The schedule for the examinations is as follows:

    Friday, 26th August 2022

    Mathematics

    Monday, 29th August 2022

    Spelling and Dictation

     

    2.     The syllabus for the examinations will be notified by the Class Teachers in the Google Classroom.

    3.     Classes will remain suspended for the students of Class V on Tuesday, 16th August, 2022.

    4.     Maximum Marks for each examination: 40 Marks

    5.    Reporting Time                          -          8:15 am

          Question paper distribution    -           8:25 am

          Reading Time                             -           8:30 am to 8:40 am

          Writing Time                              -           8:45 am to 10:05 am

    6.    Dispersal of students will be against I.D. Cards at 10.10 a.m.

    7.    Students are to bring a transparent pouch with pen, pencil, eraser, ruler etc.

    8.    Morning basketball practice and after school activity classes will remain suspended for the students of Class V from Tuesday, 16th August, 2022 to Monday, 29th August 2022.

    9.     Normal classes will resume from Tuesday, 30th August, 2022.

    Also note that the examinations for Classes VIII & XI scheduled to take place on the above mentioned date will now take place on Wednesday 27th July 2022.

    Nursery - Class V

    Dear Parents,

    We would like to inform you that the Open House will be held on Friday, 29th July 2022 and Saturday, 30th July 2022.

    The timings will be from 8:30 a.m. to 2:15 pm, on Friday, 29th July 2022 and 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, 30th July 2022. The Class Teacher will be sending you a separate notice in the school diary to indicate the time when you should meet your ward’s teachers.

    Since this is an opportunity for parents and teachers to discuss the child’s progress, we expect both parents to attend.

    Regular classes will not be held but your daughter must accompany you in school uniform.

    Dear Parents,

    We, at Sushila Birla Girls’ School, have always been concerned about the wellbeing of our students. Their safety and security have been of utmost importance to us.

    Hence, in order to address certain issues related to the above, we have scheduled an online Counselling Session for the parents of Class IV on Friday, 15.07.22 at 9:00 a.m. Both parents are requested to join the online session.

    Dear Parents,

    We would like to inform you that Open House will be held on Thursday 28th, Friday 29th   and Saturday 30th July 2022.  At least one parent is requested to accompany every student to meet the class teachers and subject teachers.

    Kindly note that on Thursday, 28th July and Friday 29th July 2022, the timings will be from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, while on Saturday 30th July from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
