Birla High School and Sushila Birla Girls’ School successfully hosted the Japanese Exchange Programme from 19th to 27th July 2025, welcoming 13 students and three teachers from Ogawa High School, Japan. The week-long event featured cultural exchanges, school visits, city tours, workshops, and participation in the annual school fest, Odyssey.
On 14th July 2025, 10 students along with 3 teachers from Sushila Birla Girls’ School embarked on a mission to spread joy in the remote village of Silingda in the Purulia district of West Bengal. Grocery and food items were distributed amongst all 80 families in the village. They also went to Vidyasagar Sishu Sikshya Niketan, Jadugora, to spread awareness on issues like menstrual hygiene and good touch-bad touch. A fun activity was conducted on art and craft with the little ones from the school. Prizes like mugs, stationery, hoodies and bags were given as a token of appreciation.

Sushila Birla Girls' School organised a Science Fiesta on 23rd July 2025, featuring students from Classes I-XII in engaging activities designed to demonstrate how Physics, Chemistry and Biology provide solutions for daily life. The event began with expert sessions by Dr. Vineeta Kaul on sleep and hormones and Dr. Ruchi Pipara on menstrual hygiene and cervical cancer, followed by an inter-house science quiz that was won by the Maurya House.
