Classes VI – VIII

Dear Parents,

Please make a note of the schedule to be followed in school from 12^th February 2020. Students must report to school on the days of their Annual Examinations according to the time-table already provided to them and be picked up at the timings mentioned there.

Students need not come to school on the days when no examination or activity is slated.

12^th to 14^th  February 2020     -           Study Leave

17^th February 2020                 -           Annual Examinations begin for Class VIII

18^th  February 2020                -           Annual Examinations begin for Classes VI & VII

4^th   March 2020                      -           Annual Examinations end for Classes VI, VII and VIII

7^th  March 2020                       -           Full day school for Classes VI, VII and VIII

                                                            (Annual Examination answer scripts will be shown)

19^th March 2020                      -           Publication of Report Cards online,

        Distribution of Certificates, Health Cards and Report Cards

        Art Exhibition

        Students to be in school from 8:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

20^th to 31^st  March’20              -           Term Break

1^st April 2020                           -           New Term begins.

Nursery – Class IV

Dear Parents,

Kindly fill in the attached Proforma in block letters. Attach a recent PASSPORT SIZE photograph of your daughter in school uniform (with her name written at the back of the photograph) and return the same to your daughter’s class teacher by Monday, 10^th February 2020.

Kindly make sure that all the information is accurate, as this will be processed for the Identity Card.

Please note that KG students going to class I should provide the photograph in school uniform without the apron.
