    Nursery

    Dear Parents,

    Please make it convenient to meet your daughter’s KG class teacher on Monday, 23.03.2020 any time between 9 am and 10 am for the following:

    • Return your daughter’s old I.D. Card and receive the new one for the session 2020-21.

    • Submit the photocopy of your daughter’s signed report card.

    • Submit the following books and stationery  

    1. 5 pcs. 80 pages medium narrow 4 line interleaf exercise books
    2. 1 pc. 80 pages medium check line ½ inch exercise book
    3. 1 pc. 80pages  medium broad double line exercise book
    4. Viva, Colours & Craft Book - C
    5. Firefly Numbers 1-100. Book – C
    6. Impressions Primer - B
    7. My Second Activity Book
    8. 1 pc. multicolour Scrap Book (16 pages)
    9. 1 pc. 20 pages Drawing Book
    10. Hindi / Bengali text books
    11. 1 pc. Paint brush (No.10)
    12. 1 pc. Fevicol tube (100 gms)
    13. 1 bundle (160 sheets) Blank coloured sheets

    Please note:

    • No other books need to be submitted.

    • The exercise books need not be covered.

    • The student’s name, class & section must be written on the exercise books with a marker pen.

    • One pencil pouch containing 3 sharpened pencils and one eraser and a separate pencil pouch containing crayons must be kept in the student’s school bag and brought to school everyday.

    • Text books are to be covered and labelled.

    • Exercise books and stationery items are to be labelled.

    This is to inform you that classes will remain suspended on Monday 13th April 2020.

    Saturday 18th April 2020 will be a full working day to compensate for the classes suspended on 13th.

    Kindly note that Monday’s time table will be followed on that day.

    Nursery – Class V

    Dear Parents,

    Please make a note of the following schedule:

    Tuesday, 3rd March 2020 Last day for Afternoon Activity classes.
    Wednesday, 4th March 2020 Last day for Morning Basketball practice.

    School Timings from Wednesday, 4th March to Tuesday, 17th March 2020 will be as follows:

    Nursery           -           8:30 am – 10:30 am

    KG                   -           8:15 am – 10:40 am

    Class I             -           8:15 am – 10:45 am

    Class II            -           8:15 am – 10:50 am

    Class III           -           8:15 am – 10:55 am

    Class IV           -           8:15 am – 11:05 am

    Class V            -           8:15 am – 11:15 am

    Please note that students who are participating in the Prize Day programme will stay back for practice according to the schedule provided to them.

    Classes suspended.

    Report cards will be distributed

    Art Exhibition and ISA Exhibition.

    • Students must visit the exhibition accompanied by parents.           (Attendance is compussory)

    • Students to report to the class teacher in the class room for attendance, before visiting the exhibition.

    •Timings – You will be notified the timings through the school diary.

         •  Students who have been attending these classes in the current academic session have to re-register themselves for the coming year.

         •  A child cannot be a member of more than one Activity Class held on the same day.

         •  We may not be able to accommodate more than a certain number of students in an Activity Class. Hence students who register first will be given priority.
