You are requested to send Rs.600/- if your ward is interested in participating in the workshop.

Please make a note of the schedule to be followed by the students of Classes X and XII. Students need not come to school on the days when no examination or activity is slated.
18th January 2020 - Pre Board Examination answer scripts will be shown to Class X
Selection Examination answer scripts will be shown to Class XII
Timings for the students – 8:15 a.m. to 12 noon
7th February 2020 - Classes X and XII to be in school from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.

Dear Parents,
The students of classes VI - XI will be taken for a picnic to IBIZA near Amtala on 22nd January 2020.
You are requested to send Rs.550/- towards entry fee, breakfast, lunch and conveyance to your daughter’s class teacher by Wednesday 15th January 2020. Please note that cheques made out to ‘Sushila Birla Girls’ School’ will also be accepted.
Your daughter must report to school in coloured clothes by 7:30 a.m. and be picked up from school at 3:30 p.m. on that day. She must carry sufficient drinking water with her. She may also carry her camera and cell phone, if she so desires.
Since all bookings are made on student count, kindly note that the money once deposited cannot be refunded, even if a student is unable to go for the picnic due to ill health or any other reason.
