Classes VI – VIII

Dear Parents,

Please make a note of the schedule to be followed in school from 12^th February 2019.

Students must report to school on the days of their Annual Examinations according to the time-table already provided to them and be picked up at the timings mentioned there.

Students need not come to school on the days when no examination or activity is slated.

12^th February 2019     -           Last working day before Annual Examinations for

            Classes VI, VII and VIII

18^th February 2019     -           Annual Examinations begin for Class VIII

19^th  February 2019    -           Annual Examinations begin for Classes VI & VII

6^th  March 2019          -           Annual Examinations end for Classes VI, VII and VIII

7^th & 8^th March 2019   -           Workshop – ‘Books & Beyond’ (Optional)

9^th March 2019           -           Full day school for Classes VI, VII and VIII

                                                (Annual Examination answer scripts will be shown)

19^th March 2019         -           Distribution of Certificates and Health Cards

                                    -          Art Exhibition

      Students to be in school from 8:15 am to 12:30 pm

20^th March 2019         -           Report Cards to be published for Classes VI, VII and VIII

                                                (Students not to come to school)

21^st to 31^st  March’19  -           Term Break

1^st April 2018               -           New Term begins.

Classes VI - IX

Dear Parents,

We are organizing a two day workshop  on  ‘Books and Beyond’ for our students of classes VI to IX.   The dates and timings of the workshop will be as follows :

Thursday,  7^th  March 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Friday,  8^th  March 2019 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The cost of the workshop is Rs.550/- per student.

Should you wish  your daughter to participate in the above workshop kindly send a Demand Draft for Rs.550/- in favour of “Sushila Birla Girls’ School” to the School Accounts Office by 8^th February 2019.
