    Bulbuls

    Dear Parents,

    We are organizing an overnight camp for the Bulbuls in school over Saturday, 23rd February 2019 and Sunday, 24th February 2019. Bulbuls will report to school at 9:00 am on Saturday, 23rd February 2019 and will be dismissed from school against their I.D. Cards at 11:30 am on Sunday, 24th February 2019.

    The camp fee will be Rs. 200/- per student.

    Please fill the form below and send it to your daughter’s class teacher along with the requisite fee in a sealed envelope with your daughter’s name and class written by Friday, 14th January 2019.

    Classes VI - XI

    Dear Parents,

    The students of classes VI - XI will be taken for a picnic to Eco Park, Rajarhat on 22nd January 2019.

    You are requested to send Rs.600/- towards entry fee, breakfast, lunch and conveyance to your daughter’s class teacher by Monday 14th January 2019.  Please note that cheques made in favour of ‘Sushila Birla Girls’ School’ will also be accepted.

    Your daughter must report to school in coloured clothes by 7:30 a.m. and be picked up from school at 3:30 p.m. on that day.  She must carry sufficient drinking water with her. She may also carry her camera and cell phone, if she so desires.

    Since all bookings are made on student count, kindly note that the money once deposited cannot be refunded, even if a student is unable to go for the picnic due to ill health or any other reason.

    Classes II – V

    Dear Parents,

    You will be happy to know that the students of classes II, III, IV and V will be taken for a picnic to Green Valley Resort, Jainpur on Friday, 18th January 2019.

    You are requested to send Rs. 500/- towards the cost of transport and food to your daughter’s class teacher by Monday, 7th January 2019.

    Students are required to carry their water bottles and sun caps. They must be dressed in comfortable clothing and wear sneakers.

    Kindly note that your daughter must report to school on Friday, 18th January 2019 at 8:15 am. Dispersal will be against the ID card according to the following schedule:

    Class II                       -           3.30 pm

    Class III                      -           3.45 pm

    Class IV & V               -           4.00 pm
