    Nursery  - Class XII

    Dear Parents,

    We write with reference to our notice No 74/2018-19 dated 6th August 2018 wherein we had informed you about our proposal to participate in ‘Daan Utsav’ in a different way this year.  We are happy to see the positive response we received from parents who volunteered to attend the interview sessions at R.N. Tagore Hospital. Thank you for believing in us and our mission.

    We request you to kindly send Rs.200/- in an envelope to your daughter’s Class Teacher on any day between Tuesday 28th August and Tuesday 18th September 2018.

    Should you wish to make a greater contribution towards this noble cause, kindly make a cheque in favour of “Sushila Birla Girls School” or make your payment through PAYTM (details will follow shortly). Your contribution will go entirely towards meeting the expenses of heart surgeries of less fortunate patients who are in great need but have no resources.

    We hope we can count on your support to make this 25th Year initiative unique. Thank you in advance for your contribution.

    Classes VI – XII

    Dear Parents,

    Kindly note the following dates :-

     21st August 2018      Last working day before Half Yearly Examinations for Classes VI to XII.
     27th August to 15th September 2018   Half Yearly Examinations for Classes XI & XII.
     27th August to 7th September 2018   Half Yearly Examinations for Classes IX & X.
     28th August to 13th September 2018  Half Yearly Examinations for Classes VI – VIII.
     10th  and 12th September 2018  Classes to be suspended for IX and X.
     11th and 13th September 2018    Students of Classes IX and X will come to school for regular classes.
     13th September 2018    Classes to be suspended for VI and VII.
     14th September 2018  Classes to be suspended for VI to XII.
     17th September 2018

     Second Term begins.
     Half Yearly Answer Scripts to be shown to Classes IX & X.
     18th September 2018  Half Yearly Answer Scripts to be shown to Class XI.
     19th September 2018  Half Yearly Answer Scripts to be shown to Class XII.
     20th September 2018   Half Yearly Answer Scripts to be shown to Classes VI - VIII.

     

    Normal classes will resume for students of Classes VI to XII from 17th September 2018.

    This is to inform you that we have made the required provisions for Mainstreaming Health and Physical Education (refer to CBSE circular no. Acad – 10/2018 dated 21/03/2018) for students of classes IX to XII.

    In accordance with this, kindly note that some information is required by 20th August 2018 (attached) to register the students with the CBSE for the academic session 2018-19.
