    Classes III 

    Dear Parents,

    The following music activities are being offered to the students of Class IV for the session 2018 – 2019. Please note that it is compulsory for your daughter to choose any one activity from the list below.

    These classes will be held within school hours.

    Please note that on the day of the Music Activity class, students are not required to carry musical instruments to school. However the instruments need to be purchased for practice at home.

    Please fill in the tear – off form and return to the class teacher by Tuesday, 13th March 2018.

    Dear Parents,

    As you are aware, the K.G. students are putting up a concert for you on Saturday, 10th March 2018. 

    Please note the following with regard to the same.

    1.Children are to report to school on Saturday, 10th March 2018 at 8:30 am. They will be dismissed against their ID cards at the end of the programme.

    2.Students are to wear their costumes and footwear as instructed by the class teachers. They should apply light make up.

    3.Students should carry their water bottles only.

    Nursery – Class V 

    Dear Parents,

    Please make a note of the following schedule:

    Friday, 9th March 2018                     -           Last day for Afternoon Clubs and Basketball practice for the   

                                                                         session 2017 – 2018

    School Timings from Monday, 12th March to Friday, 16th March 2018 will be as follows:

                         Nursery         -           8:30 am – 10:30 am

                                                                         KG               -           8:15 am – 10:30 am

                                                                         Class I          -           8:15 am – 10:45 am

                                                                         Class II         -           8:15 am – 10:45 am

                                                                         Class III        -           8:15 am – 11:00 am

                                                                         Class IV&V   -           8:15 am – 11:15 am

                                                                         Please note that students who are participating in the Prize

                                                                         Day programme will stay back for practice according to the

                                                                         schedule provided to them.

    Monday, 19th March and

    Tuesday, 20th March 2018               -          Classes suspended. Report cards published.

     

    Wednesday, 21st March 2018          -          Art Exhibition.

                                                                        Students to visit the exhibition accompanied by parents.

                                                                        Timings – Anytime between 10:00 am – 11:00 am.  

                                                                        (Attendance  compulsory)

                                                                        Students to report to the class teacher in the class room for

                                                                        attendance and to submit signed copy of Report Card.

                                                                        (Before visiting exhibition)

    Thursday, 22nd March 2018             -          Prize Day (5pm – 7 pm).

                                                                        (Only prize winners and participants to attend)

     

    Friday, 23rd March to

    Friday, 30th March 2018                   -           Term Break

    (Both days inclusive)

     

    Monday, 26th March 2018                -           Parents to meet the new Class Teacher for the session 2018 – 19

                                                                         between 9am – 10am for:

    •          Exchange of I.D. Cards (KG to Class V)
    •          Submission of Exercise Books (KG to Class II)

     

    Monday, 2nd April 2018                   -           New Academic session begins.

    Please refer to our notice no.154/2017-18 dated 12th February 2018.  The date for the Art Exhibition has been changed to 21st March 2018.  Distribution of Certificates and Health Cards for Classes VI, VII & VIII will also be done on the same day. 

    Timings for the students on that day will be from :-  9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
