    Dear Parent,

    This is to inform you that students of class III will be visiting the Alipore Zoo on Wednesday, 8th November 2017 during school hours.

    Please send Rs.20/- in a sealed envelope towards the cost of the entry fee to your daughter’s class teacher by Monday, 6th November 2017.

    The students must carry the following on 8th November 2017 in a small bag:

    • An effective sun cap
    • Water bottle
    • Small mat to sit on
    • Dry tiffin with napkin
    • Hand sanitizer

    Bulbuls

    Dear Parent,

    An All – Faith Prayer Meet for the Bulbuls has been organized by the First Calcutta District Association on the occasion of Guru Nanak’s Birthday on Saturday, 4th November 2017 at St. James School, 165 AJC Bose Road, Kolkata- 700014.

    Your daughter must report at St. James School (Basket Ball Court) on Saturday, 4th November 2017 by 8:30 am in complete Bulbul uniform. She should carry a small mat to sit on and her shoes must be labelled for easy identification.

    Please note that attendance is compulsory. Dismissal will be from St. James School at 9:30 am against ID Cards.

    Class XI

    Dear Parents,

    A career counselling programme has been organized for the students of Class XI for which attendance is compulsory.  One Step Up Education Services from New Delhi is conducting  this programme.

    The session has been organized on 6th, 7th and 8th November 2017.  Normal school timings will be followed on both days (8:15 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.).  The programme fee will be Rs.750/- per student.  This programme fee is for a Readiness Test, C.V. and Interview Workshop, information regarding various career options and access to the One Step Up website for a year which will enable the students to explore careers at their own pace and connect live with professionals.  Moreover, there will be a Parent Connect Session for the parents on 8th November, in the CPA from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

    Please note the required amount has to be submitted to the class teacher by 1st November 2017.

    Dear Parents,

    A career counselling  programme has been organized for the students of Class X which is compulsory for all the students.  This year also we have selected One Step Up Education Services from New Delhi for this programme.

    For the students of Class X the entire programme will take place from 6th to 9th November 2017.  There will also be a Parent Connect Workshop for the parents on 9th November 2017 from 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.    The fee charged will be Rs.1500/- per student.

    Please note the required amount has to be submitted to the class teacher by 1st November 2017.
