    Dear Parents,

    As you are aware our Annual Sports Day will be held on Friday, 23rd December 2022 at Gitanjali Stadium, Rajdanga (near Siemens), Kolkata – 700 107 from 10:00 a.m. onwards.  Kindly note the following:

    1. Students are to report at 9:00 a.m.
    2. Students will not be allowed to leave before the end of the entire programme.  We expect to finish between 3:00 and 3:30 p.m.
    3. Kindly note that the students are not allowed to visit any public place wearing their school uniform.

    As you are aware, your daughter is a part of the Nursery Concert to be held in school on Saturday, 17th December 2022.

    Please note the following with regard to the same:

    1. Your daughter has to report to school at 9:30 a.m. She will be dismissed against her ID Card at the end of the programme.
    2. She should come dressed in her costume and apply light make up.
    3. She should carry her water bottle only.
