    Dear Parent,

    As you are aware, your daughter is a part of the KG Concert to be held in school on Friday, 25th November 2022.

    Please note the following with regard to the same:

    1. Your daughter has to report to school at 8:15 a.m. She will be dismissed against her ID Card at the end of the programme.
    2. She should come dressed in her costume and apply light make up.
    3. She should carry her water bottle only.

    Classes VI – XII

    Dear Parents,

    This is to inform you that we will start Sports Practice from  Monday 21st  November.  We will practise at the University grounds near Ranger’s Club.  The timings will be from 6:15 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.

    All Houses will practise together on the following dates :

    21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 28th, 29th, 30th November  and

    1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 19th, 20th and 21st December 2022.

    The above schedule is to be strictly followed by all concerned.  However, on some of these dates, students of Classes VI and VII have reviews and they may therefore, opt not to go for the practice on the review dates.

    During these sessions our teachers will be on duty as well as our security staff.  However, we would also welcome help from parents.  If you are interested please inform us through a note in your daughter’s diary.

    This is to inform you that the students of Class IX will be taken to Max Muller Bhavan to view an exhibition on Anne Frank and Nazism on the 21st and 22nd of November 2022 according to the following schedule :

    21.11.2022  -           10:00 am to 11:30 am       - IXB

                                        11:45 am to 1:15 pm         - IXA

    22.11.2022  -           10:00 am to 11:30 am       -  IXD

                                        11:45 am to 1:15 pm         - IXC

    Each class will be escorted by two teachers.

    Nursery – Class X

    Dear Parent,

    The Department of Health and Family Welfare of the Government of West Bengal has instructed all educational institutions to organize a vaccination camp in schools for prevention of Measles and Rubella. This is irrespective of the measles vaccination the child may have been given after birth. This is because many children are getting measles even at the age of 15. It is a kind of booster dose for measles, at the initiative of the Government of West Bengal and is totally free of cost.

    In this connection, kindly fill up the Google Form posted in the Google Classroom of  your ward and submit the same by Friday, 18th November, 2022 to enable us to organize the camp.
