  • Classes VI – IX and XI

    Dear Parents,

    Please note that the students of Classes VI, VII, VIII, IX and XI are to attend a session on Cyber Security by Dr. Rakshit Tandon at G.D. Birla Sabhaghar, 29 Ashutosh Choudhury Avenue, Ballygunge, Kolkata – 700019 on Thursday, 15th September 2022.

    The students are to report at the venue by 9:00 am and picked up at 11:30 am.

    Attendance is compulsory.

    Dear Parent,

    Here is the menu for the month of September 2022. Please follow it from Monday, 12.09.2022.

    MONDAY           Dal paratha/ Upma, almonds, any seasonal fruit.

    TUESDAY:          Tomato rice/ Vegetable burger, any seasonal fruit.

    WEDNESDAY:    Chhena  toast/ Vegetable poha, raisins, banana/ any seasonal fruit.

    THURSDAY:       Dhokla/ Aloo paratha, any seasonal fruit.

    FRIDAY:              Idli/ Paneer tikki, dry fruit chikki, any seasonal fruit.

    N.B. 

          • The quantity of the food packed should be appropriate to the appetite of your child.

          • A napkin must be carried to school daily.

          • Packaged food items should not be sent.

          • Nuts are healthy and may be added to your daughter’s tiffin every day.

          • Easily digestible food should be provided.

          • Fried food should be avoided.

          • Minimum oil should be used.

          • Fork/Spoon should be carried every day.

          • Sufficient drinking water must be carried to school.

          • It is advisable to give an extra tiffin to girls on club days.

    Dear Parents,

    A career counselling programme has been organized for the students of Class X.  It is compulsory for all the students.  This year we have selected Institute for Career Studies, Lucknow for this programme.  The programme includes :

    1. Aptitude Identification Exercises
    2. Group Counselling
    3. Individual Counselling

    The entire programme will take place from 19th to 21st September 2022.

    In connection with this, the students have to come to school on Friday 2nd September 2022 for Aptitude Identification Exercises as per the timings given below :

    8:30 am to 10:30 am              -  All students of X C and Roll Nos. 1 – 15 of X B

    10:30 am to 12:30 pm           -  All students of X A and Roll Nos. 16 – 29 of X B

    12:30 pm to 2:30 pm             -  All students of X D

    The charges for the programme will be borne by the school this year.

    This is to inform you that as announced by the State Government, the Mega Celebration Rally will take place on Thursday, 1st September 2022. Hence, the school timings for the students of Nursery to Class V will be as follows:

    Nursery         -           8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

    KG                  -           8:15 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

    Class I            -           8:15 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.

    Class II           -           8:15 a.m. – 11:20 a.m.

    Class III          -           8:15 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

    Class IV         -           8:15 a.m. – 11:40 a.m.

    Class V           -           8:15 a.m. – 11:50 a.m.
