    Class XII & Class VIII Debate Club Members

    Dear Parents,

    The 23rd L N Birla Memorial Debate will be held on Monday 11th July 2022 at G D Birla Sabhaghar, 29 Ashutosh Choudhury Avenue, Ballygunge, Kolkata – 700019 from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm.

    It is compulsory for all students of Class XII and the members of the Debate Club of Class VIII to attend the  programme.

    Students are to report at the venue at 9:45 am.   They will be dispersed at 2:00 pm.

    Dear Parent,

    Here is the menu for the month of July 2022. Please follow it from Monday, 04.07.2022.

    MONDAY:           Sabudana tikki /vegetable tikki, cucumber sticks, almonds and raisins.

    TUESDAY:           CornToast/ Cheese and Tomato Sandwich (whole wheat/brown bread), lychee/any seasonal fruit and cashew nuts.

    WEDNESDAY:   Moong Daal chilla / Suji Chilla, banana/any seasonal fruit, walnuts / prunes.

    THURSDAY:      Idli / Appam, de-seeded watermelon/any seasonal fruit and dates.

    FRIDAY:             Vegetable rice noodles, mango/pomegranate, any sweet.

    N.B. 

         •  The quantity of the food packed should be appropriate to the appetite of your child.

         •  Sufficient drinking water must be carried to school.

         •  A napkin must be carried to school daily.

         •  Packaged food items should not be sent.

         •  Nuts are healthy and may be added to your daughter’s tiffin every day.

         •  Easily digestible food should be provided.

         •  Fried food should be avoided.

         •  Minimum oil should be used.

         •  Fork/Spoon should be carried every day.

         •  It is advisable to give an extra tiffin to girls on club days.
