    Classes IX- XII

    Dear Parents,

    The virulent nature of the new COVID variant continues to give cause for concern.

    We, as an educational institution, would like to avoid further impediments that may threaten the smooth conduct of classes and end up widening the learning gaps further in our students.

    Some of our students are yet to take their vaccine and we strongly recommend you to get them vaccinated as early as possible. Please consider this to be your social responsibility in the larger interest of the student community and members of our staff.

    We are gearing up to organize vaccination camps like in the past. Students who are willing to avail this opportunity need to inform their class teacher about the same by Tuesday, 19th April, 2022. Please fill the form below and have it sent back to your ward’s class teacher.

    Further details related to the date and time of the vaccination camps will be shared.

    Dear Parent,

    Here is the menu for the months of April 2022. Please follow it from Monday, 18.04.2022.

    MONDAY:                Aaloo-Paneer tikki, cucumber sticks, almonds and raisins.

    TUESDAY:                Vegetable poha, sliced mango/ any seasonal fruit and cashew nuts.

    WEDNESDAY:         Frankie roll, de-seeded watermelon/ any seasonal fruit and walnuts.

    THURSDAY:             Bread Pulao, sliced papaya/ any seasonal fruit and sandesh.

    FRIDAY:                    Vegetable vermicelli, grapes/ any seasonal fruit, peanuts.

    N.B. 

            •  The quantity of the food packed should be appropriate to the appetite of your child.

            •  Sufficient drinking water should be carried to school.

            •  A napkin and a fork must be brought daily to school.

            •  Do not send packaged food items like chips and Kurkure.

            •  Nuts are healthy and may be added to your daughter’s tiffin every day.

            •  Minimum oil should be used.

    Classes III – X & XII

    Dear Parents,

    We are happy to inform you that the Social Science unit of Sushila Birla Girls’ School, ‘Sneh’, is collaborating with an NGO ‘Lalbazar Mera Sapna’ in their initiative of ‘Mera Sapna Mera Basta’.  Old school bags and laptop bags will be collected with the idea of distributing those among underprivileged children.

    Students are requested to participate in this initiative by donating their old laptop bags / school bags (in good condition). They may drop their bags in the carton which will be placed at the school gate.

    Collection will begin from 11th April and end on 22nd April 2022.
