    Sub: Circular for the second Vaccination Dose

    Dear Parents,

    The students who have taken the first dose of COVAXIN are now due for their second dose. The same is being organised by the school in association with Belle Vue Clinic.

    Details are as follows :

    Date and Day :        12th February, 2022 (Saturday)

    Time                 :        9.30 A.M- 12.30 P.M.

    Venue:   Sushila Birla Girls’ School.

    All are to carry the original Aadhar Card and a copy of the same. Students who have already received the first dose should carry the vaccination certificate along with them. The cost for the vaccine is Rs.1050/- (Please send the exact amount).

    Any student who had missed taking the vaccine earlier can get their first dose done on the specified date. For the second dose, they will have to approach Belle Vue Clinic directly after a gap of 28 days.

    Kindly confirm if your daughter will be taking the dose from school by filling in the consent form given below by Thursday, 10th February, 2022.

    Nursery - Class XI

    Dear Parents,

    Kindly note that the I.D. card for the students for the session 2022 – 23 will be printed shortly. The data required to print the student I.D. cards will be derived from CampusCare. 

    In this regard kindly note the following points:

          •  All parents must check their daughter’s CampusCare profile and inform the school in case any change is required.  An email needs to be sent by Monday, 14.02.2022 regarding the same.

          •  Parents of Nursery to Class V need to send an email to headmistress@sbgskolkata.ac.in  for updating the required changes in CampusCare.

          •  Parents of Classes VI to XI need to send an email to principal@sbgskolkata.ac.in for updating the required changes in CampusCare.

          •  Kindly note that in case of change of residential address, the email must be supported by an address proof as an attachment.

          •  No changes will be made after the I.D. cards are printed.

          •  All parents must send a soft copy of a passport size photograph of their daughter in school uniform to the respective class teachers by Monday, 14.02.2022. The photograph should be clicked against a white background.

          •  Please note that students of Class KG going to Class I in the session 2022-23 should provide the photograph in school uniform without the apron.

    Class V

    Dear Parents,

    Your daughter will be starting 3rd Language from Class VI and we offer 5 options. Please select the language she will opt for.

    Kindly note that once a choice is made, she will not be allowed to make a change in the future.

    In case your daughter opts for French, you are requested to buy the textbooks only after she has cleared a screening test that will be held for the subject within the first few days of the new academic session.

    The link to the Google Form for selecting the 3rd language is uploaded in the Google Classroom stream by your daughter’s class teacher. Kindly fill the form to select the language chosen as 3rd Language by 11.02.2022.

    Classes IX - XII

    Dear Parents,

    In view of the current situation, offline classes have begun from 3rd February 2022 as per the government directives.  Fees for the months of February and March will be 100% of the fees for the session 2019-20.

    All parents and guardians who have paid the full fees at the rate of 2019-20 in the month of January, will have necessary adjustments made in the fees of Febraury / March, as fees for January 2022 has been charged with 20% discount.

    This is to inform you that Saraswati Puja will be celebrated in school on Saturday, 5th February 2022. There will be live streaming of the Puja from 9:15 am onwards on the Facebook page of the school.  Keeping social distancing norms in mind, students are advised to watch the same and not come to school on that day.
