    Classes IX - XII

    Dear Parents and Students,

    You are aware that the government has permitted schools to commence physical classes for Classes VIII – XII from Thursday, 03rd February, 2022 following necessary COVID guidelines. Please note Offline classes will commence for Classes IX - XII from Thursday, 3rd February 2022.  In this regard you are requested to abide by the following:

    1. Classes IX - XII to start classes from Thursday, 3rd February, 2022 with 50% strength of students attending classes in school and balance online.  Detailed instructions about dates, school timings and the schedule to be followed will be given by the class teacher.
    2. Timings for Classes IX -  XII : 8:30 a.m. to 1:35 p.m.

    Nursery - Class V

    Dear Parents,

    You will be happy to know that we have planned a virtual picnic for the students of Nursery to Class V on Friday, 28th January 2022.

    The timings are - 

    • Nursery - Class III - 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (Google meet)
    • Class IV - 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (Zoom)
    • Class V - 11:00 a.m. - 12 noon. (Zoom)

    Online classes will not be held on that day.

    All details regarding the picnic will be shared with you by the respective class teachers.

    Classes VI - XII

    Dear Parents,

    This is to inform you that a virtual Open House with the class teacher of your daughter will take place on Friday, 28th January 2022. 

    You will be intimated about the time slot in due course.

    In case you wish to meet any other subject teacher of your ward, please write an email to the Principal at principal@sbgskolkata.ac.in (mailto:principal@sbgskolkata.ac.in) by Monday, 24th January 2022.

    Please mention your daughter’s name, class and section in the email. Specific slots with the concerned teachers will be assigned to you thereafter. Kindly note that keeping the PT II/UT II in mind, parents of students studying in Classes X and XII will be given time slots from 10:00 am onwards.

    Dear Parents,

    This is to inform you that the school will be conducting Online Annual Examinations in each subject for the students of Class IV in February 2022. Please note the following in this regard:

    1. The schedule for the examinations is as follows:

    3. The syllabus and timings for the examinations will be notified to the students by the class teachers.

    4. All Club activities will remain suspended from Monday, 14th February to Friday, 25th February 2022.

    5. Normal classes will resume from Monday, 28th February, 2022.
