The sports day stands as a powerful testimony to the unyielding commitment, resilience and grit demonstrated by both the students and the teachers. Mr. Yeilwad Shrikant Jagannathrao, an officer of the Indian Police Service (IPS) from the 2015 Batch, West Bengal Cadre was the Chief Guest and other dignitaries included, Guest of Honour Maj. Gen. Chaturvedi Secretary General Vidya Mandir Society, Col. Bera Deputy Secretary Vidya Mandir, Principal Mrs K. Dey, Dean of Academics Mrs V. Panja, Headmistress Mrs N. Sen.

Shantiniketan Trip 2025

Event Date: 03-06-2026

The Class V trip to Shantiniketan, held from November 20th to 22nd, offered a holistic educational experience focused on cultural immersion, community service and environmental awareness. Students explored Tagore's legacy and local arts, engaged in a Santhali dance and cultural exchange with a tribal village and promoted eco-awareness by distributing 'No to Plastic' bags. The trip culminated in a service project providing dinner and goodie bags to Santhal children funded entirely by a student-led food sale.
