Vidya Mandir Society organised a grand Teachers' Day Celebration on 6th September 2025 at The Park Hotel to felicitate teachers from Sushila Birla Girls' School along with JD Birla Institute, Birla High School, Moira Street and Mukundapur branches. lt was a momentous occasion, dedicated to honouring educators who have played a pivotal role in the growth and development of students.

The ‘Sipping, Sharing and Parenting Session with the Principal' was conducted for the parents of Class III on 18th and 21st August. The programme created a warm and engaging space for parents to reflect on their parenting journey and strengthen the school–parent partnership. 83 parents attended the programme, marking an encouraging response.

INTER HOUSE DEBATE COMPETITION

The Inter House Debate Competition was held on the 29th of April 2025 in the CPA from 12.45 – 2.45 pm in two segments – Classes 6,7 and 8 and Classes 9,11 and 12.
The Judges of the first segment were Mrs Monica Chaswal,Ms Deepsikha Majumdar and Ms Sreya Ray. The judges adjudged Tishya Bagaria (6C) as the best speaker for Classes 6,7 and 8.
The Judges of the second segment were Mrs Sarbani Chakravarti,Mrs Gargi Nag and Mrs Sayantani Mitra. The judges adjudged Medhavee Agarwal (11 C1) as the best speaker for Classes 9,11 and 12.

Our alumni came together to organize a memorable Grandparents’ Day, celebrating the invaluable role of grandparents in our lives. The event featured an engaging talk show filled with stories and reflections, followed by a soothing sound healing session that created a sense of peace and togetherness. It was a beautiful morning of warmth, gratitude and cherished memories for everyone.
