On 6th September 2025, Principal, Mrs K. Dey of Sushila Birla Girls’ School was felicitated by IIHM in a 'Teachers' Day Award’ ceremony for her exceptional effort in redefining the teaching- learning process, thereby empowering the girl child for a progressive life. Mrs. Vidisha Panja, Dean- Academics and Mrs. Sweta Sarkar, Coordinator of Middle School, was also awarded 'The Teachers' Day Award'.
Maitreyi 2025 – Celebrating Bonds Beyond Boundaries

On 7th August 2025, the students of Class IV hosted ‘Maitreyi’ —a unique Raksha Bandhan celebration blending Friendship Day with empathy and inclusion. Children from Parijayee Pakhi (supporting underprivileged children) and SANCHAR India, (working for children with special needs) and three of our cherished alumnae, joined the event, sharing smiles, stories and creativity.
