The alumni organized a three-day Summer Camp in school for students of Classes 1 to 4, creating a joyful space for fun, creativity and learning. With a mix of energetic activities and imaginative workshops, the camp encouraged children to explore, create and express themselves. Students carried home their self-made creations, tokens of joy and certificates of participation, making the camp a truly memorable and enriching experience.

The students of class IX attended a workshop on the Assembly of Nations conducted by The Bhawanipur Education Society College on 16th August, 2025. The first time members of class IX were given an overview of the proceedings of the Model United Nations. 

MAY 2025

On 6th August 2025, at BITM, Class 5 began their day with the Har Ghar Tiranga programme to celebrate the spirit of patriotism. As part of the activity, the girls created a beautiful rangoli of the Indian National Flag, showcasing their creativity and respect for the nation.

On 6th September 2025, Principal, Mrs K. Dey of Sushila Birla Girls’ School was felicitated by IIHM in a 'Teachers' Day Award’ ceremony for her exceptional effort in redefining the teaching- learning process, thereby empowering the girl child for a progressive life. Mrs. Vidisha Panja, Dean- Academics and Mrs. Sweta Sarkar, Coordinator of Middle School, was also awarded 'The Teachers' Day Award'.

On 7th August 2025, the students of Class IV hosted ‘Maitreyi’ —a unique Raksha Bandhan celebration blending Friendship Day with empathy and inclusion. Children from Parijayee Pakhi (supporting underprivileged children) and SANCHAR India, (working for children with special needs) and three of our cherished alumnae, joined the event, sharing smiles, stories and creativity.
